Checking in online will help you save time as you check in while still at home or office and come to the airport in time for the security check before boarding *. You can choose a seat on board the aircraft and check in other passengers travelling with you.

* Due to the new additional security measures being introduced in airports you have to arrive at the airport allowing for extra time needed for going through security check procedures.

To check in online:

1. Read the online check-in conditions

2. Click CHECK-IN ONLINE and follow all the check-in steps.
   

3. When inputting data note that the first and family name have to be filled-in in the Latin script and that the order reference number is not the same as the booking number. These parameters can be found in the Itinerary-receipt, your family and first name can be transliterated with the help of the transliteration form. If the flight number has only two digits, add a leading zero, for instance input 099 for the flight number У6-99.

4. Online check-in starts 23 hours and ends 4 hours prior to departure.

5. Please make sure you have a printout of your boarding pass

6. Attention!

After the online check-in procedure is completed no amendments to ticket data is possible.

• Online check-in starts 23 hours and ends 4 hours prior to departure. Charter flights check in starts 6 hours prior to departure.

• Online check in is available for passengers with electronic tickets for direct flights departing from Ekaterinburg (Koltsovo), Moscow (Domovedovo), St Petersburg (Pulkovo), Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo), Irkutsk and Novokuznetsk (Spichenkovo). Read the complete list of destinations for which online check-in is available.

• Take the boarding pass to the airport. If you left it behind you will still be able to print it out again in the airport at the flight check-in desk. In Koltsovo and Tolmachevo airports you can check in at a check-in kiosk.

• Passengers are admitted for flight only with the ID specified in the ticket (itinerary - receipt).

• To ensure safety of the flight the Carrier reserves the right to change the cabin seat you chose when issuing the boarding pass or on board the plane as directed by the aircraft captain.

• Boarding time end is indicated on the boarding pass. You have to make your way to the departure gate before this time.

• When checking in for flights with unallocated seating passengers do not get a specific seat assigned on board the plane ( list of flights )

If a passenger requested a special service or falls into a special passenger category online check in may be unavailable. These passengers are advised to see a check in agent at the airport of departure. Online check in may also be unavailable for passengers with more than 9 passengers in the same booking.

Boarding pass printouts are unavailable to PASSENGERS TRAVELLING WITH INFANTS, These passengers can still check in online, select a seat in the cabin and print out the check-in confirmation receipt which will have to be exchanged for a boarding pass by a check in agent at the airport of departure. Selection of seats available to passengers travelling with infants may be limited.

If you are travelling with LUGGAGE exceeding the size limit for cabin luggage (over 55x40x20 cm or weighing more than 5 kg for the ECONOMY class and 12 kg for Business or |Comfort class) you can check in online but in addition you will have to

• Check in your luggage at the counter marked Drop Off (Прием багажа) or at your flight check-in desk.

• Be at the check in desk of your flight 60 minutes prior to departure. Check in ends 40 minutes prior to the flight departure time. Departure times (local time).

If you wish to GET AN UPGRADE as a Gold Card holder of the Wings Programme you will receive an economy class seat if checking in online. To get your upgrade please see a check-in agent at the airport of departure.
