Before departure passengers get free SMS notifications:

- reminders of the departure date and time - call for check-in - personal notifications in case of flight being delayed or cancelled

Business class passengers fly in a separate cabin located at the front of the plane served by highly qualified flight attendants.

Before the takeoff you are offered a choice of fruit juice, mineral water, or alcoholic beverages. During the flight you have a menu offering a choice of hot dishes and snacks served with elegance and sophistication.

The Ural Airlines Airbus planes feature multipurpose transformer seats enabling reconfiguration of the Business Class cabin making the seats wider by reducing their number in a row. The “Airbus” supplies their aircrafts equipped with special factory-fitted curtains (soft partitions) separating the Business Class cabin from Economy. A particular configuration depends on the model used (А320, А321):

1. Three-seat units that can be transformed from 3 to 2 seat rows by changing the distance between the seats.

2. Three-seat units that can be transformed from 3 to 3 seat rows by changing the between-seat distance.

3. Two seat units.

4. The number of seats in the Business Class cabin depends on a particular aircraft configuration and varies from 12 to 16 seats.

COMFORT class is a class of improved comfort, its standards of service match those offered in business class. Travelling comfort class costs less than business class by 10-15% on average in Russia and CIS and by 20-30% on flights to the rest of the world. Seats are located in the front part of the plane in the improved comfort cabin, two passengers per 3-seat unit. Comfort class of service was introduced by the Carrier in 2007 in order to expand the range of services offered in accordance with the specific configuration of a given aircraft.

Both business and comfort class passengers are offered the same business class standard service:

• Improved comfort cabin separated by a partition (rigid, soft)

• Separate WC

• Specially trained cabin crew members

• Individual selection of magazines and papers

• Blanket, cushion

• Hot hand towel before meals

• Broader menu choices

• A choice of soft and alcoholic drinks

• Separate check-in desk*

• Business departure lounge in the airport*

• Separate shuttle from the lounge to the plane when boarding* (unless boarding via a jet-bridge ramp)

• Separate shuttle from the plane to the terminal on arrival* (unless exiting via a jet-bridge ramp)

ECONOMY class is the choice of passengers aiming to get the best value for money, being able to have a comfortable flight at affordable tariffs. The Economy class cabin is located behind the improved comfort cabin. Seats provided are standard passenger cabin seats.

Economy class passengers get served:

• Soft drinks

• Standard economy class meals in accordance with the air carrier’s current regulations

• A selection of fresh periodicals

ECONOMY-plus class is offered for the Gold Card holders. This is an opportunity for Gold Card holders to get an onboard service upgrade when booking your flight online.

To request service upgrade

1. At the first stage of the booking process when selecting tariffs and the flight number select the Economy-plus service class.

2. At the second stage of booking when entering passenger information input the card number and leave a note in the “Upgrade Request” field.

You will get the upgrade confirmation upon the completion of check-in, before boarding. The fact of confirmation of the upgrade service is determined by the availability of seats in the Business class cabin.

The Carrier has a right to change the aircraft type (p. 9 of the Agreement of Carriage – handed out to passengers) and the passenger can at any convenient time come to the counter where the ticket was purchased or any Ural Airlines counter and get a refund of the difference between the business and the comfort class tariffs.
