Answer:

To change your itinerary you need to address the sales offices. If the itinerary remains the same, but the date or departure time varies, you may consult Passenger Support Service: 8 800 2000 262 or +7 (343) 345-36-45.

Question: Where and how to purchase an e-ticket?
Answer:

You can purchase an e-ticket on the Airline website at any time. You only need to choose the itinerary, enter the passenger information and pay (or just book and pay cash at one of the sales offices). Immediately after the booking of flight and payment has been completed, you become an owner of the e-ticket. As a confirmation you get an Itinerary Receipt at the last step of booking to your e-mail.
An e-ticket can also be purchased as a paper ticket at an air ticket office.

Question: I have purchased the e-ticket, but I need to return it, how can this be arranged?
Answer:

To get the refund for the e-ticket paid on the website with a bank card, you need to address the Airline's own ticket offices or the offices of the authorized agencies. The refund will be carried out according to the applied fare rules to the same card the payment was made with within 5-7 working days, unless the issuing bank provides the other term.
To get the refund for the e-ticket paid at an air ticket office, the passenger should apply to the same office where the payment was effected (it is necessary to produce the passport).

Question: What meals are served on U6 flights?
Answer:

Economy Class menu

During the flight, the Economy Class passengers depending on the duration and destination of flight as well as the time of the day will be offered cold or hot lunch. Refreshments, tea, coffee and dessert. The on-board menu is changed twice a year in accordance with the winter or summer operation season. Changes of the menu on charter flights are also possible.

Business Class menu

On all flights, Business Class passengers are offered a choice of hot meals including snacks and dessert. The rations are worked out specially for each flight destination and changed twice a year in accordance with the winter or summer operation season. During the flight, the passengers are also served refreshments, mineral water (with or without gas), a choice of juices, tea, coffee and a wide selection of alcoholic drinks at their desire.

Infant food

Infant food is served:

only on regular Ural Airlines flights departing from Ekaterinburg;

for infants above 2 years of age;

milk and dairy food is not available;

Infants will be offered healthy dishes:

Cheesecakes made of cottage cheese;

Apple stuffed pancakes;

Yoghurt;

Nuts;

Vegetables and fruit.

Along with usual flight meals, Ural Airlines offer special meals for some destinations: vegetarian, infant, fish and light meal.

Seeing the begging of the Lent Ural Airlines technologists have worked out a special Lenten menu.

The selection of Lenten food comprises only vegetarian food, excluding such products as milk, eggs and food of animal origin. These rations are based on fruit, juices and nuts, fresh and stewed vegetables. The Lenten menu will be available up to the last day of the Lent. Later on, this meal will be replaced with the vegetarian.

Special meal should be ordered not later than 24 hours prior to the departure when booking your trip at the ticket office or at the Passenger Support Service: (343) 345-36-45, 8-800-2000-262 (toll-free within Russia). Besides this, it is possible to order a special meal in advance when booking the ticket through Ural Airlines Web Booking. Additional fee for special food order is not charged.
