Reward program rules for Wings' passengers

Principle of bonus rubles scoring: for each flight on Ural Airlines' regular flights you receive to your personal account 10% (in bonus rubles) of the airfare paid - the ticket cost without charges.

Additional bonuses for your activity:

You receive on your personal account:

if you performed 4 flights per half-year - 500 bonus rubles;
if you performed 10 flights per half-year - 600 bonus rubles;
if you performed above 25 flights per half-year - 1000 bonus rubles.

In 2008 the additional rewards for activity will be granted on 11 April and 12 October 2008 for the flights performed during the periods from 10.10.2007 to 10.04.2008 and from 11.04.2008 to 11.10.2008, correspondingly.

Your opportunities for your bonus rubles:

a bonus ticket* - the number of bonus rubles charged off for a bonus ticket is equal to the base economy or business airfare applicable to this destination on the day of purchase; Review of bonus ticket cost
using bonus rubles for partly payment of the airfare at a rate 1 bonus ruble = 1 RF ruble.
buying an economy class ticket and using your bonus rubles for additional payment of the difference between the economy and business class ticket cost at a rate 1 bonus ruble = 1 RF ruble for improving your class service;
reward transfer to any third person**.

**Note: for the safety assurance purposes the ticketing is performed only upon presentation of a power of attorney executed by the program member for use of the bonus rubles or upon his/her personal presence.

Our partners.

You can enjoy discounts from the program partners for various goods and services upon presentation of the Wings' bonus program member card. The program partners are: boutiques, shops and shopping centers, hotels, automobile centers, taxi, entertainment centers, restaurants, cafes, bars, beauty saloons and sports centers.

Registration with the program.

You may become a member of the program by receiving a plastic card of the Wings program member immediately at the moment of registration at the Airline's paying offices, Wings Travel Club offices and Airline's representations. If you have registered on the website, or on board the aircraft during the flight, the plastic card will be sent to you by registered mail to the address specified by you in your registration form.

Levels of membership:

1 level - basic «BLUE CARD» - if you perform 4 flights on the Ural Airlines' regular flights within 1 year from the moment of registration, your membership card is actuated automatically, and you are granted the right to use the bonus rubles assigned to your personal account for your flights.
2 level - «SILVER CARD» - if you perform 25 flights with Ural Airlines within 1 year from opening of the card* (starting from 1 January 2009 - 40 flights)
3 level - «GOLD CARD» - if you perform 50 flights with Ural Airlines within 1 year from opening of the card * (starting from 1 January 2009 - 70 flights).

*An upgraded level is granted for 1 year. It is necessary to reaffirm this membership level within this year by performing the number of flights required for this level.

Privileges of Silver Card's holders:

carriage of 10 kg free of charge in addition to the established free baggage allowance;
improvement of the service class on board the aircraft (without charging-off bonus rubles upon presentation of the member's valid silver card).
registration in Domodedovo airport (Moscow) at business class check-in counters, irrespective of the service class of the flight.

Privileges of Gold Card's holders:

carriage of 15 kg free of charge in addition to the established free baggage allowance;
improvement of the service class on board the aircraft (without charging-off bonus rubles upon presentation of the member's gold silver card).
registration in Domodedovo airport (Moscow) at business class check-in counters, irrespective of the service class of the flight.

Membership rules

Any passenger above 14 years old may become a member of the program. The membership is free of charge and is granted on an individual basis.
Each member may have only one account under the program.
Each member is assigned a personal number. The personal number may be changed in case of a transfer to a new membership level or in the case of the card loss.
The points may be assigned to the account of the members registered in the program only for the flights performed not earlier than a month prior to the registration. For example, if a member is registered in the Wings Program on the 1^st of July, 2008, the flights performed from 01 June 2008 to 30 June 2008 and all subsequent flights to be performed after the registration may be assigned to the member's account.
In case of transferring to a new membership level or a card loss by a member, all the bonus rubles accumulated by a member will be transferred to a new account.
Each member in the program is assigned a Personal Identification Code (PIN code), that each member chooses by him/ herself during the registration. PIN code is required to obtain information about the member's statement of account by telephone or via the Internet.
Any member in the program may change his/her PIN code. For this it is required to address the Wings Program Center of Ural Airlines by telephone (343) 264-17-92.
A member shall be responsible for maintaining his / her PIN code confidential.
Ural Airlines is not responsible for any damage caused by any unauthorized access to any member's personal account through the use of his /her PIN code.
In case of violation of these membership rules by any member, Ural Airlines shall retain the right to remove such a member from the program.

General

Ural Airlines reserves the right to modify, in any way, the bonus earning conditions, the price of the bonus air ticket, the procedure for and entitlement to awards, as well as the list of fares not subject to earning of bonus rubles and/or class upgrade.

Ural Airlines reserves the right to change the rules of the Wings program or its part at any time, whether with or without prior notification. Should the program be discontinued, all bonus rubles earned by the program's participants may be annulled.

Ural Airlines reserves the right to exclude any participant from the program, withdrawing or disabling his/her card, to annul bonus rubles or deny participation in the program if the passenger violates the Wings program rules.

Illegitimate bonus rubles and/or awards shall be considered invalid and shall be annulled.

By giving his/her application for joining the program, a participant in the Wings program accepts all the rules and conditions of the program, which are stated on the Web site www.uralairlines.com, in the program booklet, in other materials, printed or otherwise, of Ural Airlines, or communicated by the Airline's personnel.

Principle of charging off bonus rubles.

The bonus rubles accumulated may be used for receiving rewards during the subsequent two years. The bonus rubles accumulated are charged off in step-by-step manner. For example, if you did not use the bonus rubles accumulated by you on 12 October 2006, these bonus rubles will be charged off from your account on 13 October 2008.
