Upgrade to Business class at the check-in desk

The service can be issued if you have a ticket of any economy fare subclass.

The Service is available for registration at the time of check-in for a flight, subject to availability in the Business class cabin and subject to the technical possibility of providing the Service (not earlier than 3 hours and not later than 1 hour before the flight departure).

The cost of the service is from 8 000 ₽

The service is provided only on the Airline's own scheduled flights.

Note:

  • The service is provided only on one leg of the flight. If the itinerary receipt indicates several sections, the service is purchased separately at each airport of departure according to the route

The service is not provided to the following categories of passengers:

  • passengers with luggage in the cabin (CBBG)
  • unaccompanied children

The price of the service includes:

  • catering according to the "Business" class diet
  • seat in the Business class cabin
  • The provision of a business lounge is NOT included in the cost of the service.
  • The free baggage allowance for the passenger who issued the service corresponds to the norm of the originally purchased ticket and class

Service provision rules:

OJSC Ural Airlines provides passengers on a voluntary basis with an additional upgrade service for transportation in the Business class cabin, which can be purchased for an additional fee. The service is issued at the check-in stage at the airport no earlier than 3 hours and no later than 1 hour before the flight departure.

The service is provided on own scheduled flights of Ural Airlines OJSC.

The service is available to passengers who have a paid ticket with a confirmed booking at fares in the booking classes related to the Economy service class.

The service is not available for registration:

  • unaccompanied children
  • passengers carrying luggage in the cabin on an extra seat

The service is provided only on one leg of the flight. If the itinerary receipt indicates several sections, the Service is purchased separately at each airport of departure according to the itinerary. The service is provided to transit passengers up to the first landing point of the transit flight.

If there is no “Business” class cabin on board the aircraft operating the flight, with the written consent of the passenger, the service can be implemented according to the “Comfort” class principle – seating in one.

The service is not an award upgrade for members of the Wings Program.

The service is issued on an electronic multi-purpose document (EMD) or on a Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO), without reissuing a ticket.

The fact of the provision of the Service is the fact of assigning a specific seat to the passenger in the business class cabin and issuing a business class boarding pass.

Upon check-in, a passenger who has paid for an upgrade is issued a boarding pass for a seat in Business class.

Return service:

If the passenger voluntarily refuses the purchased Service less than 24 hours before the flight departure, no refund will be made.

Involuntary refund for the Service is carried out regardless of the time of refusal in the event of a forced change in the terms of the air transportation agreement in accordance with clause 227 of FAR 82.
