Please note that in the context of a difficult epidemiological situation in the world caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, in the event of current restrictions on international flights and the closure of state borders, an international flight may be canceled or postponed.
Information for passengers arriving in the Russian Federation from other countries (updated 06/25/2021)

Only those persons whose entry is regulated by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2020 N 635-r are accepted for carriage on flights departing to the Russian Federation (for more details: gov.garant.ru/SESSION/PILOT/main ).
If the passenger does not have the conditions for entry, the representative of the airline has the right to refuse to accept for carriage.
All passengers arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation from abroad must pass two tests for COVID-19 (by PCR method): the first one - within 3 days, the second one - within 5 calendar days after arrival and post the results on the website of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, as well as fill out a questionnaire arriving in the Russian Federation on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services in electronic form before departure to the Russian Federation (when purchasing a ticket, but no later than check-in for the flight).
According to Resolution No. 22 of July 27, 2020 "On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 7 of March 18, 2020 and No. 9 of March 30, 2020", foreign citizens and stateless persons when boarding an aircraft traveling to destination on the territory of the Russian Federation, including in transit, must:
- Ensure that you have a medical document confirming a negative test result for COVID-19 by the PCR method (in Russian or English, it is allowed to provide a document in the official language of the state of registration of the organization that issued it with a translation into Russian, the accuracy of which is certified by a consular officer of the Russian Federation) ... The material must be selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Fill out the application form before arriving in the Russian Federation;
- Fulfill the requirements for self-isolation for a period of 14 calendar days, if foreign citizens arrive in the Russian Federation in order to carry out labor activities.
In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2020 No. 2406-r, entry through air checkpoints to the Russian Federation is allowed for the following categories of passengers:
- citizens of the Republic of Belarus and persons holding a residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus
- citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Korea who have a residence permit or other document confirming the right to permanent residence in these countries.
Information for passengers flying to Bahrain

Passengers need to install the COVID-19 - BE AWARE BAHRAIN app (available for iOS and Android platforms) to track their location and health.
Upon arrival in Bahrain, all passengers must:
- do a test for COVID-19. The test is done on a paid basis, the estimated cost is 110 USD. You can pay at the airport or in the Be Aware app.
- sign a declaration of self-isolation until a negative result is obtained. If the test result is positive, the passenger must call 444 and follow the recommendations received.

Information for passengers flying to Jordan

Passengers over 6 years of age traveling to Jordan on international flights must present a negative PCR test result no earlier than 72 hours before departure to Jordan. Passengers who do not fulfill this condition will not be allowed to board the flight.
For children from 0 to 5 years old (inclusive), the provision of a PCR test result is not required.
The test result must be issued by an official laboratory, contain the exact date and time of the person taking the test; without any defects (corrections, deletions, corrections) and translated into English.
The test must be done by the passenger no earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival in Jordan (72 hours are calculated from the sample collection time to the flight airborn time).
The results of the PCR test should be printed, in English or Arabic with a QR code.

Conditions of entry and transit of citizens arriving on the territory of the Republic of Belarus through the "National Airport Minsk" on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 705 dated 07.12.2020 "On amendments to the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 08.04.2020 No. 208 and from 30.10. 624). (Effective date - December 21, 2020)
Entry to the territory of the Republic of Belarus:
- from countries of the "green zone", which includes RussiaCitizens of foreign countries from countries of the "green zone" must provide only a certificate with a negative test for COVID-19 by PCR. Citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens who have a permit for permanent or temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus do not provide a test result and do not fulfill the requirements of self-isolation.
- from countries of the "red zone" , the Russian Federation is currently not included in the "red zone".
Citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens who have a permit for permanent or temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus must, upon arrival, fulfill the requirements for self-isolation for a period of 10 calendar days.
Please pay attention:
Departure of citizens outside the Republic of Belarus is possible only on the 11th day from the date of arrival (i.e. after 10 days of self-isolation).
The absence of a medical document is the basis for denying foreign citizens entry to the Republic of Belarus.
Requirements for the document on the result of the PCR test:
- the test must be performed no later than 3 days before the date of crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus;
- the document on the test result must indicate: surname, name (patronymic), date and test result in English, Russian or Belarusian;
- if the document on the test result is not drawn up in a different language, then a prerequisite is to write the following data in the Latin alphabet - last name, first name (patronymic), test result.
This clause does not apply to:
- persons following on diplomatic and service passports;
- heads and members of official delegations;
- foreigners providing international technical, foreign gratuitous and other assistance to the Republic of Belarus;
- foreigners arriving in the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of legal entities registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
- drivers of vehicles when performing international road transport, as well as transporting international postal items;
- employees of the State Courier Service of the Republic of Belarus, delivering official correspondence and diplomatic mail on interstate courier routes;
- employees of the republican unitary enterprise "Special Communications", carrying out the delivery of special items on interstate routes of special communications;
- crew members of aircraft, inland water transport vessels, train crews, locomotive crews of international railway traffic;
- citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreigners who have a permit for permanent or temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, arriving in the Republic of Belarus after being on a business trip;
- persons traveling to the Republic of Belarus on notification of a serious illness or death of a close relative, spouse (wife), as well as persons accompanying them;
- persons transporting stem cells, organs for transplantation;
- citizens of the Russian Federation traveling in transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation;
- foreigners traveling in transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus and having documents confirming departure from the Republic of Belarus within 24 hours. Persons who have exceeded the 24-hour transit period are allowed through the State border of the Republic of Belarus only if they have a medical document;
- foreigners arriving in the Republic of Belarus under concluded agreements for the provision of tourist services for a hunting tour with their participation.
Transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus
Citizens crossing the territory of the Republic of Belarus in transit are obliged to comply with the current requirements of the state bodies of those countries to which these citizens are sent (providing a test and other requirements for entering the territory of these states).

Only citizens and residents of Israel, or those who have special permission from the Israeli Foreign Ministry, can enter the territory of Israel.
All arriving passengers must present a negative PCR test result no earlier than 72 hours before boarding.
An exception:
- specially obtained exemption from passing the test

Information for passengers flying to Montenegro

To fly to Montenegro, passengers must present a certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19 by the PCR method, made no earlier than 72 hours at the time of departure to Montenegro. Passengers without a flight certificate will not be admitted.
This does not apply to:
- Passengers - citizens of Montenegro

Upon arrival in the Republic of Armenia, all passengers (both foreign citizens and citizens of Armenia) must:
- submit a certificate confirming a negative test result for COVID-19 (by PCR method), performed no later than 72 hours before departure. The document must be in Armenian, Russian or English. Or take a COVID-19 test at airports upon arrival in Armenia. The result will be ready within 48 hours. While waiting for the test results, passengers must be in self-isolation. In case of a negative result, the self-isolation mode is canceled.

Information for passengers flying to Germany (updated 05/17/2021)

At the moment, only the following categories of persons are allowed to enter Germany:
- citizens of Germany, Schengen countries and the European Union
- citizens with a residence permit in Germany, Schengen countries or the European Union, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino
- holders of a valid long-term "D" visa issued by one of the EU or Schengen states traveling to that country
- diplomats and consular staff
Passengers who do not meet the conditions above will not be allowed on the flight.
- Fully vaccinated or recovered individuals are exempt from PCR testing for COVID-19. IMPORTANT! This does not apply to entry from areas with variants (other strains) of the virus.
- Passengers are considered vaccinated if they completed their vaccination series more than 14 days ago with an EU approved vaccine (BioNTech / Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson). The proof of recovery is the result of the PCR / LAMP / TMA test, which is valid for at least 28 days and no more than six months. A negative test result for Covid-19 at the time of departure, which may be required for entry, must be obtained no more than 48 hours (antigen) * or - new - no more than 72 hours (PCR / LAMP / TMA) before the time of entry to Germany (smear time)
- Certificates are accepted in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish; self-translations are invalid
- Fully vaccinated or recovered persons are exempt from quarantine when entering Germany from areas of risk and high morbidity. Passengers who test negative are also exempt from quarantine when entering from risk areas. This requires uploading proof of vaccination / immunity or testing as part of the Digital Registration on Entry (DEA). Alternatively, confirmation can be provided to health authorities upon entry
- Digital Check-In (DEA) is mandatory for all passengers. There are only a few exceptions to these rules.
- The aforementioned proof of vaccination / immunity and testing requirements also apply to transfer passengers who enter Germany only for transit. The only exceptions are transfer passengers traveling from a non-Schengen country to a non-Schengen country.

From April 02, 2021, for citizens of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan traveling to the Russian Federation, the updated entry rules are in effect: “Citizens of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Kyrgyzstan must have documents confirming negative results of studies for coronavirus infection, uploaded to the mobile application "Traveling without Covid-19" ".
From June 18, 2021:
1. All passengers (including citizens of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan) must provide negative results of a PCR test for COVID-19 at the airport of departure (the test result is valid within 72 hours from the moment of sampling) or documents confirming the receipt of a vaccine against coronavirus infection COVID-19 (in paper or digital format).
Exceptions:
- children under 5 years old inclusive (of any citizenship), accompanied by their parents (legal representatives);
- members of official delegations of foreign states and international organizations traveling at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- international observers of the electoral process going to the Kyrgyz Republic;
- EMU members.
- employees of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Tajikistan and their family members;
- employees of diplomatic missions of foreign states, international organizations and members of their families, as well as officials of the Republic of Tajikistan (with prior agreement with the competent authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic).
2. Citizens of Tajikistan are prohibited from entering the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

3. In case of expiration of the validity period of the PCR test (72 hours) for objective reasons related to the flight and delayed flights, passengers are required to undergo a PCR test at the place of arrival with filling out an obligation questionnaire (airport terminals). Then they are sent for self-isolation during the incubation period.
4. Citizens of the EAEU member states at the entrance can present the results of the PCR study using the mobile application "Travel without COVID-19".
5. These requirements also apply to transit / transfer passengers.

Information for passengers flying to the UAE (updated 05/19/2021)

Passengers (other than UAE citizens) who have visited India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit to / through the UAE.
Passengers in the exclusion categories must provide negative COVID-19 PCR test results in English or Arabic at the airport of departure. The test result is valid within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the material for analysis. The test result must have a QR code.
Exceptions:
- citizens of the UAE;
- children under 12 years old (of any citizenship);
- passengers with moderate and severe disabilities (of any citizenship).For flights to Dubai only! Passengers (other than UAE citizens) who have visited the Republic of South Africa (South Africa) and Nigeria in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter and transit to / through Dubai.
Passengers flying to Dubai, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi from Russia must provide at check-in at the airport of departure (RF):
- A printed certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19, made by the PCR method no later than 72 hours before departure at an accredited medical facility
An exception is the Emirate of Sharjah: upon arrival in this Emirate, the PCR test must be done no later than 96 hours before the departure of the flight.
The result of the analysis is accepted only in a printed version, it must be in English or Arabic. A certificate in Russian, electronically or handwritten is not acceptable.
UAE citizens, children under 12 years of age (of any citizenship) and passengers with moderate and severe disabilities (of any citizenship) are exempt from the PCR test.
- Medical insurance for the entire period of stay in the UAE, covering the cost of treatment for coronavirus infection and self-isolation in the conditions of an observatory with a positive test for COVID-19.
Passengers arriving in the UAE for tourist purposes are required to have a confirmed return ticket.
Upon arrival at the airports of the UAE, you must:
- Re-test for COVID-19 for all passengers, except for disabled people and children under 12 years old. Before receiving the results of retesting, it is necessary to stay at the hotel or at the place of temporary residence.

All arriving UAE resident passengers must ensure that they have been granted an entry permit.
Passengers holding resident visas issued by the Dubai authorities are required to obtain an entry / re-entry permit before planning their return. It is possible to do it here.
Passengers holding resident visas issued by other emirates (all except Dubai) can obtain entry permits from the federal authorities.
Passengers with a valid visa or visa on arrival are not required to obtain any authorization from the GDRFA or ICA through the links above.
Passengers who receive a visa on arrival must have a return ticket with them.
Passengers transiting Dubai must follow the requirements of the final destination.
Transit / Transfer passengers from Russia must have a certificate with a negative COVID-19 test by PCR.

Information for passengers flying to Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Protocol of the meeting of the Special Republican Commission on Combating Coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the procedure for the entry of passengers into Uzbekistan by air was announced:
- Passengers planning flights to Uzbekistan from the "yellow" and "red" * zones, upon check-in, must provide the airline representative with a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19 in English or Russian. (The term of a certificate of passing a PCR test should not exceed 72 hours before departure.) In the absence of a negative test result, passengers will be denied check-in for the flight.

- Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, passengers need to pass thermometry.
- Passengers arriving from the countries of the "red" zone, in the arrival hall of the airport, must present to the passport control officers a certificate of passing a PCR test for coronavirus with a negative result and a completed application form for 14-day self-isolation at home.
- Obligation questionnaire for citizens of Uzbekistan is filled out at the place of permanent residence, and for foreign citizens - at the place of temporary registration in the country (questionnaire in English / in Russian and Uzbek languages).
- Upon arrival in Uzbeksitan, all passengers must take a PCR test for coronavirus infection.
Entry procedure for transit passengers:
- Transit passengers arriving from the “yellow” and “green” zones through the “red” zone are allowed to enter Uzbekistan. After arriving in the country, in the absence of a negative PCR test for COVID-19, such a passenger undergoes PCR testing at the airport at his own expense and fills out a commitment form for 14-day self-isolation.
- Transit passengers arriving from the “red” zone through the “yellow” and “green” zones are allowed to enter Uzbekistan. Such a passenger, after arriving in the country, in the absence of a certificate of passing a PCR test with a negative result, undergoes PCR testing at the airport at his own expense and fills out a commitment form for 14 days of self-isolation.
- Passengers who have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 upon arrival will be examined at the airports of Uzbekistan. If the PCR test for COVID-19 is positive, passengers will be hospitalized for treatment.
- If a passenger detects signs of illness during the flight or when entering the country, as well as if a passenger is found without a certificate or with a falsified certificate, such a passenger will have to undergo testing at Tashkent airport at his own expense.

IATA Rules XIV. ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES 40. * Countries included in the "green" zone: China, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Georgia, Hungary, Finland, Latvia, Austria and Japan. Entry into Azerbaijan is allowed for the following categories of passengers:
- Citizens of Azerbaijan
- Foreign citizens:
- for citizens over 18 years old - if there is a negative PCR test done not earlier than 72 hours in advance and a passport / certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a document on the transferred COVID-19 disease for the last 6 months;
- for citizens from 1 to 18 years old - in the presence of a negative PCR test, done no earlier than 72 hours;
- for citizens under 1 year old when entering with their parents - PCR test, passport / vaccination certificate, document on the transferred COVID-19 disease are not required.
- Employees and heads of diplomatic missions, consulates in Azerbaijan and their family members
- Foreign citizens whose family members are citizens of Azerbaijan (spouses, relatives on the 1st line of kinship, brothers to brothers / sisters, sisters to brothers / sisters). For foreign citizens, in this case, the presence of a passport / certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or the presence of a document on the transferred COVID-19 disease over the past 6 months is not required.
- Foreign citizens who have a work permit in Azerbaijan.
- Foreign citizens with a permanent or temporary residence permit in Azerbaijan.
- Foreign students studying at universities in Azerbaijan (only with official permission from the Cabinet of the Minister of Azerbaijan)
- Transfer passengers (subject to availability of an air ticket)
- Children under 16 years old accompanied by a parent (s), provided that the parent (s) have sufficient documents to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan.
IMPORTANT! All passengers, even those with a passport / vaccination certificate or a document about a past illness, must have a negative PCR test for COVID-19. Exception: children under 1 year of any citizenship when entering with their parents.
From 01 May to 05 July 2021 the following persons are allowed:
foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to participate in the games and presenting one of the following documents:
- an official letter of invitation from the Organizing Committee for the Games in Baku or the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA);
- an accreditation card or other document confirming accreditation in accordance with the relevant rules of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA);
