Seat Selection
Dear passengers! If during online check-in the system seated parents and children separately from each other, we ask you to apply for boarding passes at the check-in counter at the departure airport. The airline apologizes for the inconvenience.
1. Use the “Seat Selection” service on board the aircraft - make your flight as comfortable as possible!
The service is available on the official website and mobile application, as well as at the Airline’s branded ticket offices and at check-in counters at the airport.
You can pay for additional services with bonuses from the Wings loyalty program. Use them to pay for the tariff part of the ticket, as well as partial or 100% payment for additional services “Seat selection” and “Extra baggage” .

Please note that the cost of the “Seat Selection” service on charter flights may differ from the prices on regular flights.
The service is provided free of charge* for passengers participating in the Wings loyalty program:
- Silver card - upon check-in for a flight, you are provided with a free choice of seats in the passenger cabin, with the exception of seats with extended pitch and seats in the business class cabin with a full economy layout.
- Gold card - upon check-in for a flight, you are provided with a free choice of seats in the passenger cabin, with the exception of seats in the business class cabin in the full economy configuration.
- Passengers holding tickets at the Premium Economy Class fare.

When changing the layout of the aircraft or replacing the type of aircraft, the Airline reserves the right to change the selected seat while maintaining the previously paid characteristics, or if it is impossible to provide an alternative option, you will be refunded for the service by contacting the airline.
2. If you want your flight to be as comfortable as possible, you can use the “Next seat blocking” service* .
This service gives you the right to block one or two adjacent passenger seats.
Service cost:
- Within the Russian Federation and from the Russian Federation: blocking one adjacent seat - 2000 rubles; blocking two seats - 3000 rub.
- From CIS countries: blocking one adjacent seat - $25; locking two chairs - $40.
- from the UAE, Turkey and China: blocking one adjacent seat - $30; blocking two chairs - $50.
- from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan: blocking one adjacent seat - $10; blocking two chairs - $15.
* The service is provided at the check-in counter at the departure airport and is available if there are free seats in the aircraft cabin.
Voluntary refusal of additional services
Voluntary cancellation of the “Additional meals” and “Seat selection + meals” services is possible no later than 36 hours before flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 36 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).
Voluntary cancellation of the Animal Transportation services is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 24 hours before departure and before the end of registration is possible with a non-refundable fee of 25% of the cost of the service. Cancellation after registration is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).
Voluntary refusal of the services “Seat selection”, “Excess baggage”, “Unaccompanied child”, “Commercial correspondence”, “Seat selection + baggage” and other own services is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, if refusal is provided for by the rules provision of services. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).
Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, access to the Business lounge, baggage packing, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
