Cancel / Delay Flight

I want to check the flight departure time. Where can this be done?

Current information about flight departure times is displayed on the Departures Board at the airport.

If you are not at the airport, then information about the flight, including the departure time, can be viewed in the “Checking Orders” service on the website or in the application in the “Online Display” section.

The airline informs you about all changes in flight departure times by phone (SMS) and e-mail, indicating the period for which the flight is delayed.

My flight was cancelled. What to do?

First, contact the airline representative at the airport. He will be able to determine the time of departure delay, offer possible flight options in case of cancellation and organize the transportation of passengers to another airport from where a new flight departs.

The flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. What do I get from the airline?

If the flight is delayed for up to 4 hours, the passenger is entitled to:

  • Mother and child room for passengers with children under 7 years of age.
  • Luggage storage organization
  • Two phone calls and two emails
  • Cold drinks

My flight was cancelled. Can I get my money back?

If a flight is cancelled, the passenger can return the entire cost of the ticket or part of it without deducting fines and fees.

Due to a flight delay, I missed the next one. What to do?

Contact a Ural Airlines representative at your transfer airport.

If the next flight is operated by another airline, then you should contact a representative of the carrier airline to exchange your ticket.
