Rules for the sale of Ural Airlines flights under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for flights

Sales according to military transportation documents of the Ministry of Defense (VPD MO) are carried out at the airline’s own cash desks, at the ticket offices of authorized agencies and at the ticket offices of accredited TKP agents.

Tickets are issued only for persons indicated in the VPD of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and strictly according to the route indicated in the VPD.

Tickets are issued and reissued only if there is a requirement of the VPD of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation issued by a military institution and certified by the official seal.

Validity of the VPD is 3 months from the date of issue.
VPD that does not have a signature, date of issue, imprint of the official seal, with an unclear imprint of the official seal, with corrections, supplements, erasures, incorrectly executed or expired is considered invalid. Replacement or corrections in the indicated airborne forces are made by military commandants on the means of communication, and in their absence - by the nearest military commissars or commandants of the garrison. All corrections are certified by the signatures of the indicated persons and the official seal.

Air tickets can only be issued according to the air traffic rules issued for traveling by air at the published economy class fare, which allows air travel for military personnel of the Moscow Region according to the air traffic rules, in accordance with the terms of the fare. The issuance of tickets for transfer transportation on one VPD issued for the entire route is possible only at the transfer (through) tariff. If the registration of transportation at the transfer tariff for VPD is not allowed, then the registration of transportation in sections is possible only with the presence of a separate VPD for each section of the flight. It is recommended to arrange all the transportation in one ticket, in order to be able to determine the passenger data as the next transfer, with the possibility of through check-in of baggage, etc.
Airline tickets for direct and return flights are sold no more than 90 days before departure.

All fees included in the ticket price, including fuel and airport taxes, are paid at the expense of the airspace.
Fees for paper form (SA or RU) are not charged.
The TCH fee is not charged when arranging transportation on SPD NSAV-TKP forms of payment (“KR” form of payment).
Agency fees for transportation are not charged.

For children under 12 years of age, the Airline’s standard discount is applied in accordance with the terms of the fare.

Registration of baggage transportation, the weight of which exceeds the established norms of free transportation, is carried out using a baggage coupon or cash.

In case of a voluntary or involuntary refusal of carriage issued on credit under the VPD of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the passenger is not refunded in cash, a certificate of refund is issued for recalculation with a / c centralized order (see Appendix) . Help is not a BSO. The certificate is issued in carbon copy in triplicate. After registration, the passenger is issued the original and a copy of the certificate, the second copy is attached to the ticket accepted for return, and filed in the report. The signature of a military passenger for receiving a certificate and its copy is required.

For voluntary returns, a refund fee will be charged in cash.

In case of a voluntary change of the departure date, the add-on to the tariff available at the time of re-issuance and the renewal fee will be charged in cash.

The forced change of the terms of the contract of carriage is made without surcharge.

The YR booking fee for passengers issued on the basis of the MOF VP on credit is refundable. With any type of return.

Air tickets for a group of military personnel, except for those on vacation, in the amount of three or more people, regardless of the number of issued air traffic control, is carried out only on the basis of applications for allocation of seats in the aircraft,

agreed with the Department of Transport Support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. When only the surname of the senior team is indicated in the Airborne Forces, the list of military personnel to be transported, certified by the seal and signature of the unit commander, must be attached to the Airborne Forces.

The seal is the same as on the VPD.

"Deserved" discount for employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation when purchasing tickets for cash

• Especially for employees of the military departments of the Russian Federation and members of their families, Ural Airlines has a special 10% discount when purchasing tickets for cash.
• The discount applies to military personnel and members of their families (spouses and children aged 12 to 21 years) traveling both jointly and separately from each other.
• For children under 12 years old, standard child discounts established by the Airline apply.
• The discount is available both on direct and on transfer routes.

The basis for the discount:

• for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation: identity card of an officer, midshipman, ensign;
• for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - an official certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or an identity card of an officer of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• for the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation: certificate of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies,
• as well as copies of documents confirming kinship.

When using military transportation documents (requirements) by one of the family members, the rest can take advantage of the indicated discount.
The number of flights using the discount is unlimited.
