When does airport check-in open?

To register for domestic flights and pass various types of control (customs, immigration, veterinary, sanitary), we recommend arriving at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before, for international flights - 3 hours before the flight departure time indicated on the ticket (itinerary receipt).

Passenger check-in for both domestic and international flights of the airline ends 40 minutes before the flight departure time, except for flights from Beijing Airport, where check-in will end 50 minutes before departure.

Where can I check in for a flight at the airport?

At the airport, you can check in at the check-in counter or self-check-in kiosk. Check-in at the self-check-in kiosk begins 48 hours before departure and ends 1 hour.

To register at the self-registration kiosk, you only need to know your order number, ticket number or passport details.

Can registration be refused?

They may refuse if:

There are no documents required for the flight or a visa from the country to which the passenger is traveling.
Late check-in or boarding the plane.
Health status
Passenger's refusal to pay for baggage
Refusal to undergo additional baggage inspection
Prohibited substances and items in luggage
Unpaid debts
