Holders of gold cards of the Wings loyalty program are given an additional privilege - access to the services of the Sincura Russia concierge club, a partner of Ural Airlines.

Club experts are in touch with their clients around the clock, via instant messenger chat or via a dedicated telephone line, and are ready to complete tasks that the client cannot handle on their own or the client simply does not have time for.

As part of the airline’s cooperation with Sincura Russia, holders of gold cards of the Wings loyalty program have access to the following services:

In order to use the services of Sincura Russia, you must have a valid “gold” level in the “Wings” program and contact the concierge club experts in one of the following ways:
