Service classes

Business Class

personalized service and an increased level of comfort. It is offered for passengers seeking maximum comfort during the flight at the airports of departure and arrival. Business Class passengers are provided with priority service at all stages of the flight and are provided with a range of services depending on the selected fare.

  • Tariff "Business"

    Before the flight:

    • Before the flight, passengers receive flight status notifications
    • At the airport, in the check-in area for the flight, there are separate counters for “Business” check-in. This will help you save time by bypassing all the queues *
    • Passengers receive a boarding pass in the aircraft cabin, where comfortable seats are provided
    • The baggage allowance is: 2 pieces of baggage, where the weight of each piece does not exceed 32 kg. The size of each place should not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, but not more than 100 cm on either side
    • The carry-on baggage allowance is: 2 pieces with a total weight of no more than 15 kg. Carry-on baggage must not exceed 55 cm in length, 40 cm in width, 20 cm in height
    • The baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years old is: 1 piece, where the weight does not exceed 10 kg
    • The carry-on baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years old is: 1 piece where the weight does not exceed 5 kg
    • While waiting for a flight at the airport, passengers are provided with a deluxe lounge. At your service are comfortable rooms with the latest newspapers, light snacks, drinks and internet access *
    • For passengers, there is a separate transfer from the airport to the aircraft (excluding the exit via the telescopic ladder).

    In flight:

    • A specially trained flight attendant provides services in the aircraft cabin.
    • An individual approach is provided for each passenger, depending on the wishes and preferences of the passenger
    • For passengers, comfort means are provided: slippers, a blanket, a pillow, glasses for sleeping, the UAM in-flight magazine
    • A range of gourmet food and beverages on offer (check the onboard menu on your flight)

    After the flight:

    • Accrual of bonuses from 5% * (for members of the Wings loyalty program)
    • A separate transfer from the plane to the airport is provided for passengers (excluding the exit via the telescopic ladder)
    • While waiting for a connecting flight for transfer or transit flights, a Lounge is provided **
    • Priority baggage claim

    • The "Upgrade class" service is available for Gold Level card holders of the Krylia loyalty program (rules for using the service)
    • The baggage allowance is 1 place where the baggage weight is not more than 23 kg. The size of a piece of luggage must not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions, not more than 100 cm on either side
    • The carry-on baggage allowance is 1 place where the weight does not exceed 10 kg. The size of hand luggage must not exceed 55cm in length, 40cm in width, 20cm in height
    • The baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years is 1 place where the weight does not exceed 10 kg
    • The carry-on baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years is 1 place where the weight does not exceed 10 kg

    • Depending on the duration of the flight and the destination, passengers may be offered hot food rations, cold snacks or confectionery, as well as hot and soft drinks (find out the on-board menu on your flight)
    • A UAM logbook will be prepared in the seat pocket
