    Before the flight:

    • Before the flight, passengers receive flight status notifications
    • At the airport, in the check-in area, there are separate check-in desks for registering Business. This will help you save time bypassing all queues *
    • Passengers receive a boarding pass in the cabin, where comfortable seats are provided
    • The baggage allowance is: 2 pieces of baggage, where the weight of each piece does not exceed 32 kg. The size of each place should not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three measurements, but not more than 100 cm on either side
    • Baggage allowance is: 2 places with a total weight of not more than 15 kg. The size of hand luggage should not exceed 115 cm in the sum of three measurements, but not more than 55 cm in length, 40 cm in width, 20 cm in height
    • Baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years is: 1 place where the weight does not exceed 10 kg
    • Baggage allowance for children from 0 to 2 years is: 1 place where the weight does not exceed 5 kg
    • While waiting for a flight at the airport for passengers, a lounge is provided. It offers comfortable lounges with fresh newspapers, light snacks, drinks and Internet access *
    • A separate transfer is provided for passengers from the airport to the aircraft (excluding the exit via a telescopic ladder).

    In flight:

    • Service in the cabin is carried out by a specially trained flight attendant
    • An individual approach is provided for each passenger, depending on the desires and preferences of the passenger.
