Wings program Rules

  • Any passenger from 0 years old can become a participant in the Wings program. Participation in the program is free and individual for everyone.
  • Each participant can register in the Wings program only once.
  • To participate in the Wings program, you must fill out the registration form on the Airline’s website www.uralairlines.com or in the mobile application. Upon completion of registration, the participant receives an individual 10-digit participant number.
  • The date you started participating in the Wings program is the date you fill out the registration form.
  • Entering the Wings program, the participant agrees to the transfer and processing of his personal data to Ural Airlines OJSC. Gives permission to OJSC Ural Airlines and its authorized representatives to process their personal data, including name, date of birth, gender, mailing address, email address, phone number, passport data. The airline company has the right not to automatically, and / or automatically process, receive, collect, systematize, accumulate, store, refine (update, modify), use and otherwise process (including electronically) personal data specified in the registration form. Consent from the participant is given for the duration of participation in the Wings program and until 5 (five) years after the end of the year in which participation in the Wings program is terminated. The consent may be revoked at any time by the participant by sending a written notice to the Airline.

Entering the Wings program, the participant agrees:

  • to receive information about special offers that inform about the current conditions of the program;
  • to receive advertising information on telecommunication networks, including through telephone, facsimile, mobile radiotelephone communications;

Consent to participate in the Wings program and the choice of services for special offers are subjective and are individual for each participant in the program without coercion for the mandatory use of the service.

OJSC Ural Airlines reserves the right to:

  • Deny the participation of any persons without explanation;
  • Reverse unlawfully accrued bonuses;
  • Make any changes regarding the conditions for calculating bonuses, determining the procedure and rights for granting awards, as well as the list of tariffs for which bonuses are not accrued and service class is not upgraded;
  • Change the rules of the Wings program or its parts at any time, with or without prior notice. If the program is canceled, all bonuses accumulated by the program participants can be canceled.

The Wings program can be expanded by involving hotels as Partners, about which relevant information is posted on the Airline's official website.

Password

  • The password is required for the participant to enter the Personal Account, manage the account, receive information about the status of the account in the Wings program, view and change personal data, enter information in the Personal Account.
  • When registering in the Wings Program, a program participant personally creates a password.
  • It is possible to recover / change the password using special functionality on the Airline’s website.
  • It is the responsibility of the Wings Program participant to maintain the confidentiality of their password.
  • Ural Airlines is not responsible for transferring a password to third parties, as well as for unauthorized access to a personal account of a program participant and the use of accumulated bonuses.

Change of personal data

  • Each participant is responsible for the timely change of personal data in the personal account of the Wings Program.
  • The participant can change personal data: phone number, address for delivery of correspondence, add passport data, as well as an email address in the Wings Program’s personal account.
  • Changing the last name / first name, date of birth cannot be made independently on the site by the participant. Changes are made by the Airline employee after the participant fills out an application in the Personal Account with the application confirming the change of the name and / or name of documents (marriage / divorce certificate, etc.).

Wings program bonuses / how to accumulate / spend bonuses

  • The main unit of account for the program is the bonus used to calculate the discount. Bonuses accrued in the Wings program are a marketing tool to promote frequent flyer loyalty and represent a conventional unit (not monetary) that is used solely to account for the number of services that the client has used. Bonuses do not have a cost expression, purchasing power and cannot be cashed at the request of a program participant.
  • The Wings program bonuses can be used to partially pay for tickets on the Airline’s website www.uralairlines.com . Bonus ticket price payment is possible no later than 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. You can pay with bonuses only the tariff. Fees and other services are paid in Russian rubles. For placing an order, partially paid by bonuses, a fee of 120 rubles is charged. The fee is non-refundable.
  • In case of partial payment for a ticket on the Airline’s website, bonuses available form of payment is only payment by credit card Visa, MasterCard, MIR.
  • In case of partial payment with bonuses on the Airline’s website, a ticket is issued separately for each passenger. Air tickets for infants (children under 2 years of age) are charged for an already purchased ticket at the ticket office or by contacting the passenger support service (airport charges are paid additionally for a number of directions).
  • For persons under 12 years of age (with the provision of a separate seat), when issuing a ticket using bonuses, a discount for children is not provided. Air tickets for this category and a person are issued at an adult fare.
  • For each flight on regular flights of Ural Airlines, the participant receives from his personal account from 5% in bonuses of the order amount, incl. for own additional services. The amount of charges differs from the level of participation in the program, the number of completed flights per year, the place of purchase of the ticket, and the type of fare.
  • Bonuses in the program are accrued only for actually personally performed flights on regular flights of the Ural Airlines. Bonuses can be accrued for additional services of the Airline, as well as the services and products of the Partners of the Wings program - companies with which relevant agreements are concluded.
  • Bonuses are not awarded for services of third parties (insurance, Aeroexpress ticket, etc.), issued simultaneously with the ticket in one order.
  • Bonuses for a completed flight on Ural Airlines flights are automatically credited to the member's account up to 10 days after the flight date. Bonuses will be credited to the account provided that the data in the reservation system is entered correctly: program participant number, valid passport (other document) number for which the flight was made, as well as the presence of an attached passport (other document) in the Wings program’s personal account, according to who was flown. Deadlines for admission may be extended if the Airline does not receive confirmation of a flight from the relevant airport.
  • Bonuses received both for flights on Ural Airlines flights, and during registration in the loyalty program and for other promotions, as well as purchases from Airline partners, can be spent for issuing airline tickets for themselves and third parties (the minimum amount charged is 120 bonuses).
  • For any actually completed flight at a charter / confidential (closed) fare, a fixed amount of charges is set at 50 bonuses for each flight. Bonuses for the flight are accrued automatically, if bonuses for this flight are not accrued, then it is impossible to restore the accruals.
  • Unused accrued bonuses for a flight are canceled after 1 year, in proportion to accumulation, from the moment of accrual to the participant’s account. At members of the Gold and Silver level bonuses for the flight are canceled after 2 years from the date of accrual.
  • Other bonuses may have a different validity period.
  • Accruals for promotions and additional accruals are made only for air tickets paid in full by Russian rubles.
  • Flights made on charter flights of Ural Airlines are not taken into account when retraining according to the level of participation in the Wings program.
  • Member account and bonuses cannot be transferred, combined with accounts of other Wings program participants.
  • The issuance of tickets using bonuses at subsidized fares is prohibited
  • Bonuses are not accrued on tickets issued at special fares. When making official transportation, bonuses are not accrued, flights are not taken into account when level re-qualification.
  • Bonuses are not accrued as compensation for the cancellation or delay of flights in case of force majeure (cancellation of a flight according to meteorological or other conditions independent of the carrier).
  • Bonuses are accrued for infants in a fixed amount - 100 bonuses, flights are taken into account when retraining a level.
  • In case of flight cancellation or forced replacement of the carrier, bonuses are not awarded.
  • In the event of a forced route change, the participant will be awarded bonuses in accordance with the completed flight.
    If the flight is operated by a code-share partner of Ural Airlines, the Rules and Conditions for applying the fare of the operating carrier (that is, the airline that actually carried passengers) apply. Ticketing using code-share bonuses is prohibited.
  • Bonuses of the participant cannot be bequeathed or sold to other persons, including the current participants of the Wings program.
  • The return of an air ticket partially paid by bonuses is made in accordance with the conditions for applying the fare on the Airline’s website www.uralairlines.com in the section “Checking the order”. In this case, the amount of rubles and bonuses is returned to the client on the bank card account and on the account of the Wings program participant, respectively, Russian rubles and bonuses. Return transaction fees are charged in accordance with the rules of the airline or authorized agencies.

Accrual of bonuses for unaccounted flights:

  • Bonuses for unaccounted flights can be accrued for a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of flight.
  • To accrue bonuses, the participant to fill out an application in the personal account of the Wings program participant.
  • Verification and confirmation is carried out up to 30 calendar days from the date of application for the introduction of unaccounted bonuses (to the email address ffp1@u6.ru ). After verification and confirmation, bonuses for the flight are credited to the member’s account.
  • Ural Airlines does not guarantee bonuses in the absence of a copy of the itinerary receipt. In case of using a ticket on a paper form, the participant must provide the original / copy of the paper ticket and copies / originals of boarding passes (to the e-mail address ffp1@u6.ru ).

Levels of participation in the Wings loyalty program.

  • The rules of the Wings loyalty program provide for several levels of participation. If the required number of flight segments is recruited within 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31), the Privileged Program level is assigned. The level of the Program participant is revised on January 1 of each next year or earlier, upon reaching a higher level.
  • The preservation of the assigned privileged level for the next calendar year must be confirmed by the corresponding number of flight segments.
  • When using the services of partners of the Wings Loyalty Program, participants can be given discounts and / or privileges depending on the level of the participant in the program. Detailed information is published in the Partners section of the Wings program.
  • Production of the Gold Level and Silver Level plastic cards for participants of the Wings loyalty program is carried out at the request of the participant. Production time up to 20 days. In order to use the services and privileges provided for participants, a virtual card is allowed in the mobile application.
Blue level
  • It is assigned to the participant of the Wings program, at the time of registration in the program.
  • A plastic card for a participant is not issued, only a virtual one is provided.
  • Bonus accrual and privileges for the “Blue Level” participant: 5% of the order amount *.
    When making 5-8 flights for the previous year from the accrual date - 6% of the order amount *, 9 or more flights for the previous year from the accrual date - 7% of the order amount *.

The promotion is valid until 03/31/2021.

  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrading the service class for bonuses (except for the tariffs of the Promo and Lowcost groups (Luggage, Luggageless)).
  • Early assignment of the Gold level of the program **.
Silver level
  • Awarded to a Wings member for over 20 flights with Ural Airlines during 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).
  • To move to the Silver level, all flight segments are taken into account.
  • For the participant of the program “Wings” a silver card “SilverCard” is provided, which is produced at the request of the participant.
  • If you lose your Wings member card, a duplicate is made free of charge, according to the established deadlines.
  • Bonus and privilege accrual for a Silver Level member: 6% of the order amount *. When making 9 or more flights for the previous year from the accrual date - 7% of the order amount *. The promotion is valid until 03/31/2021.
  • Dedicated front desk business class (if there is a departure airport);
  • “Seat Selection” service - upon check-in for a flight, a free selection of seats is provided in the passenger cabin.
  • Additionally, a 50% discount on excess, oversized, and heavy baggage is provided.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrading the service class for bonuses (except for the tariffs of the Promo and Lowcost groups (Luggage, Luggageless)).
  • Early assignment of the Gold level of the program **.
Gold level
  • Awarded to a Wings member for 40 flights with Ural Airlines during 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).
  • To go to the Gold level, all flight segments are taken into account.
  • A Gold Card is provided for a program participant, which is produced at the request of the participant.
  • If you lose your Wings member card, a duplicate is made free of charge, according to the established deadlines.
  • Accrual of bonuses and privileges for a Gold Level participant: 7% of the order amount *.
  • “Seat Selection” service - upon check-in for a flight, a free selection of seats is provided in the passenger cabin.
  • Dedicated front desk business class (if there is a departure airport);
  • While waiting for boarding the flight, as well as in case of transfer / transit transfer, passengers are provided with the services of an increased comfort lounge (if available at the airport). The services of the increased comfort room are provided only if there is a ticket for Ural Airlines.
  • Additionally, a 50% discount on excess, oversized, and heavy baggage is provided.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrade to “Business” (this service must be ordered at least 5 (five) hours before the flight departure):
    To use this service, a passenger must:
    • Buy a ticket at the “Premium - Economy” fares (in the lettering of the “Premium - Economy” fare, the ticket contains a combination of the letters FL) or “Baggage” (code on the ticket is -LC2).
      • Order service:

      • Through a Call Center employee by calling 8-800-7700-262 (toll-free in Russia) or +7 (499) 920-22-52 (for calls from abroad); Through the ticket office employee when purchasing a ticket.
      • At the airport, present to the employee at the check-in counter for a flight a Gold Level virtual card or a Wings member, receive a boarding pass to the Business class lounge.

The service “Upgrade” is not provided:

  • in the absence of free seats in the cabin of the class of service "Business"; in the absence of this class of service on the flight you need; when checking in for a flight at the Late Passenger counter;
  • when flying with a small child under the age of 2 years; on flights, the code is the share of airline partners;
  • passengers making an air flight on the “Moscow subscription”.

Additionally, depending on the fare of the air ticket, the passenger is supposed to:

  • excess 1 piece of baggage, where the weight and dimensions comply with the established requirements;
  • 50% discount on excess, oversized and heavy baggage.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Service “Gold Level Extension” **.

* An order is considered to be the cost of an air ticket with passenger fees and acquired additional services of the airline (the calculation does not include partner services purchased with the ticket).

** Service "Early assignment of the Gold level"

  • The Gold Level Extension service is available for Gold Level cardholders of the Wings loyalty program.
  • The service "Extension of the Gold Level" is provided in case of non-fulfillment of the basic conditions for the prolongation of cards and is voluntary.
  • The service is paid. The calculation of the Gold Level extension cost is based on the number of missing segments (the number of segments must be at least 40), where the cost of one segment is 3000 rubles / bonuses.
  • It is possible to pay for the service from the participant’s personal account using bonuses or a Visa, MasterCard, MIR bank card, which is registered in the Program. Bonuses from third party accounts are not accepted.
  • For registration of the service, the “Wings” program participant must fill out a free form request indicating the number of a valid card, full name and send it to the email address gold@u6.ru
  • Applications for the extension of the "Gold Level" are considered from November 1 to February 1.
  • When ordering the “Gold Level Extension” service, a participant will receive a new card for a period of 1 calendar year.
