Wings program Rules

  • Any passenger from 0 years old can become a member of the Wings program. Participation in the program is free and individual for everyone.
  • Each participant can register for the Wings program only once.
  • To participate in the Wings program, you must fill out the registration form on the Airline's website www.uralairlines.com or in the mobile application. Upon completion of registration, the participant receives an individual 10-digit participant number.
  • The date of commencement of participation in the Wings program is the date of filling out the registration form.
  • By joining the Wings program, the participant agrees to the transfer and processing of his personal data at Ural Airlines OJSC. Gives permission to OJSC Ural Airlines and its authorized representatives to process their personal data, including name, date of birth, gender, postal address, email address, telephone number, passport data. The airline OJSC has the right to process, receive, collect, systematize, accumulate, store, refine (update, change), use and otherwise process (including in electronic form) the personal data specified in the registration form without automated and / or automated processing. The participant's consent is given for the period of participation in the Wings program and until the expiration of 5 (five) years after the end of the year in which participation in the Wings program was terminated. The consent can be withdrawn by the participant at any time by sending a written notification to the Airline.

By joining the Wings program, the participant gives his consent:

  • to receive information about special offers that inform about the current conditions of the program;
  • to receive advertising information via telecommunication networks, including through telephone, facsimile, mobile radiotelephone communication;

Consent to participate in the "Wings" program and the choice of services for special offers are subjective and are individual in nature for each program participant without being forced to use the service.

Ural Airlines OJSC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse participation of any person without giving reasons;
  • Cancel unlawfully accrued bonuses;
  • Make any changes regarding the conditions for accruing bonuses, determining the procedure and rights for granting awards, as well as the list of tariffs for which bonuses are not accrued and the class of service is not upgraded;
  • Change the rules of the Wings program or its parts at any time, with or without prior notice. In case of cancellation of the program, all bonuses collected by the program participants may be canceled.

The Wings program can be expanded by attracting hotels, etc. as Partners, about which the relevant information is posted on the official website of the Airline.

Password

  • The participant needs a password to enter the Personal Account, manage the account, obtain information about the account status in the Wings program, view and change personal data, enter information in the Personal Account.
  • When registering in the Wings Program, the program participant personally creates a password.
  • It is possible to recover / change the password using a special functionality on the Airline's website.
  • It is the responsibility of the Wings Program participant to maintain the confidentiality of their password.
  • Ural Airlines is not responsible for the transfer of the password to third parties, as well as for unauthorized access to the personal account of the program participant and the use of accumulated bonuses.

Change of personal data

  • Each participant is responsible for the timely change of personal data in the personal account of the Wings Program.
  • The participant can change his personal data: phone number, mail delivery address, add passport data, and e-mail address in the Wings Program Personal Account.
  • Change of surname / name, date of birth cannot be made independently on the site by the participant. Changes are made by an employee of the Airline after the participant has filled in an application in the Personal Account with the attachment of documents confirming the change of surname and / or name (marriage / divorce certificate, etc.).

Bonuses of the "Wings" program / how to accumulate / spend bonuses

  • The main calculation unit of the program is the bonus used to calculate the discount. Bonuses accrued in the "Wings" program are a marketing tool to reward the loyalty of frequent flyers and represent a conventional unit (not monetary) used solely to account for the number of services used by the client. Bonuses have no value, no purchasing power and cannot be cashed at the request of the Program participant.
  • Bonuses from the Wings program can be used to partially pay for air tickets on the Airline's website www.uralairlines.com . You can pay for the ticket with bonuses no later than 12 hours before the scheduled flight departure. You can pay with bonuses only on the tariff. Fees and other services are paid in Russian rubles. For placing an order partially paid with bonuses, a fee of 120 rubles is charged, the fee is non-refundable. Payment with Bonuses is prohibited for low-cost tariffs (Baggage / No baggage tariffs).
  • In case of partial payment for an air ticket on the Airline's website with bonuses, an available form of payment is only payment with a Visa, MasterCard, MIR bank card.
  • In case of partial payment with bonuses on the Airline's website, the ticket is issued separately for each passenger. Air tickets for infants (children under 2 years old) are issued free of charge to an already purchased ticket at a company box office or by contacting the passenger support service (in a number of destinations, airport taxes are paid additionally).
  • For persons under 12 years old (with the provision of a separate seat), when issuing a ticket using bonuses, a discount for children is not provided. Air tickets for this category and a person are issued at an adult fare.
  • For each flight on regular flights of Ural Airlines, the participant receives to his / her personal account from 5% in bonuses of the order amount, incl. for your own additional services. The amount of accruals differs from the level of participation in the program, the number of flights performed per year, the place of purchase of the ticket, the type of fare.
  • Bonuses in the program are credited only for actually personally performed flights on regular flights of Ural Airlines. Bonuses can be accrued for additional services of the Airline, as well as services and goods of the Partners of the "Wings" program - companies with which appropriate agreements have been concluded.
  • Bonuses are not awarded for third party services (insurance, Aeroexpress ticket, etc.) issued simultaneously with the ticket in one order.
  • Bonuses for a completed flight on Ural Airlines flights are automatically credited to the member's account within 10 days after the flight date. Bonuses will be credited to the account, provided that the data is correctly entered into the booking system: the number of the program participant, the number of the valid passport (other document) by which the flight was made, as well as the presence of a linked passport (other document) in the personal account of the participant to which the flight was made. The terms of enrollment may be increased if the Airline does not receive a confirmation of the flight from the relevant airport.
  • Bonuses received both for flights on Ural Airlines flights, as well as for registration in the loyalty program and for other promotions, as well as purchases from the Airline's partners, can be spent to issue air tickets for yourself and third parties (the minimum write-off amount is 120 bonuses).
  • For any actually flown charter / confidential (closed) fare, a fixed amount of accruals is established in the amount of 50 bonuses for each flight. Flight bonuses are accrued automatically, if bonuses for this flight are not accrued, then it is impossible to restore the accruals.
  • Unused accrued bonuses for the flight are canceled after 1 year, in proportion to the accumulation, from the moment they are credited to the participant's account. Flight bonuses for Gold and Silver level members are canceled after 2 years, from the date of accrual.
  • Other bonuses may have a different validity period.
  • Accruals for promotions and additional accruals are made only for air tickets paid in full in Russian rubles.
  • Flights made on charter flights of Ural Airlines are not taken into account for retraining according to the levels of participation in the Wings program.
  • The member's account and bonuses cannot be transferred, combined with the accounts of other members of the "Wings" program.
  • Issuing air tickets using bonuses at subsidized fares is prohibited
  • Bonuses are not credited for air tickets issued at special rates. When registering official flights, bonuses are not accrued, flights are not taken into account when retraining a level.
  • Bonuses are not accrued as compensation for canceled or delayed flights in the event of force majeure (flight cancellation due to meteorological or other conditions beyond the control of the carrier).
  • Bonuses are accrued for infants in a fixed amount - 100 bonuses, flights are taken into account when retraining a level.
  • In case of flight cancellation or forced change of carrier, bonuses will not be credited.
  • In the event of a forced route change, the participant will be credited with bonuses in accordance with the completed flight.
    If the flight is operated by a code-share partner of Ural Airlines, the Terms and Conditions of Fare Application of the operating carrier (ie the airline that actually carried passengers) apply. It is prohibited to issue air tickets using bonuses for codeshare flights.
  • Member bonuses may not be bequeathed or sold to others, including current members of the Wings program.
  • Refunds of an air ticket partially paid for with bonuses are made in accordance with the fare application conditions on the Airline's website www.uralairlines.com in the "Checking order" section. In this case, the amount of rubles and bonuses are returned to the client to the bank card account and the account of the Wings program participant, respectively, in Russian rubles and bonuses. Refund operation fees will be charged according to airline or authorized agency policies.

Bonus accrual for unaccounted flights:

  • Bonuses for unaccounted flights can be accrued for a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of the flight.
  • To accrue bonuses, the participant must fill out an application in the personal account of the participant of the "Wings" program.
  • Verification and confirmation is carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of submission of an application for the introduction of unaccounted bonuses (to the email address ffp1@u6.ru ). After checking and confirming, bonuses for the flight are credited to the participant's account.
  • Ural Airlines does not guarantee the accrual of bonuses in the absence of a copy of the itinerary receipt. In case of using a ticket on paper form, the participant is obliged to provide the original / copy of the paper ticket and copies / originals of boarding passes (to the email address ffp1@u6.ru ).

Levels of participation in the Wings loyalty program.

  • The Wings Loyalty Program rules provide for several levels of participation. If the required number of flight segments is acquired within 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31), the Privileged Program level is assigned. The level of the Program participant is reviewed on January 1 of each following year or earlier when a higher level is reached.
  • The retention of the assigned privileged level for the next calendar year must be confirmed by the corresponding number of flight segments.
  • When using the services of partners of the Loyalty Program "Wings", members may be provided with discounts and / or privileges depending on the level of the member in the program. Detailed information is published in the section Partners of the "Wings" program
  • The production of a Gold Level and Silver Level plastic card for members of the Wings loyalty program is carried out at the request of the member. Production time up to 20 days. In order to use the services and privileges provided for the participants, it is allowed to have a virtual card in the mobile application.
Blue level
  • Assigned to the participant of the "Wings" program, at the time of registration in the program.
  • A plastic card is not issued for a participant, only a virtual one is provided.
  • Accrual of bonuses and privileges for a Blue Level member: 5% of the order amount *.
    When making 5-8 flights in the previous year from the date of accrual - 6% of the order amount *, 9 or more flights in the previous year from the date of accrual - 7% of the order amount *.

The promotion is valid until 03/31/2021.

  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrading the class of service for bonuses (except for the tariff of the "Promo" and "Lowcost" groups (Baggage, Baggage)).
  • Early assignment of the Gold level of the program **.
Silver level
  • Assigned to a member of the Wings program for at least 20 flights with Ural Airlines within 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).
  • All flight segments are counted for the transition to the Silver level.
  • A member of the Wings program is provided with a SilverCard, which is produced at the request of the member.
  • If you lose your Wings membership card, a duplicate is made free of charge, according to the established deadlines.
  • Accrual of bonuses and privileges for a Silver member: 6% of the order amount *. When making 9 or more flights in the previous year from the date of accrual - 7% of the order amount *. The promotion is valid until 03/31/2021.
  • Dedicated business class check-in desk (if there is a departure at the airport);
  • Seat Selection service - free choice of seats in the passenger cabin is provided upon check-in.
  • Additionally, a 50% discount is provided on the payment for excess, oversized, heavy baggage.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrading the class of service for bonuses (except for the tariff of the "Promo" and "Lowcost" groups (Baggage, Baggage)).
  • Early assignment of the Gold level of the program **.
Gold level
  • Assigned to a member of the Wings program when making 40 or more flights with Ural Airlines during 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31).
  • All flight segments are counted to advance to the Gold level.
  • For the participant of the program, a gold card "Gold Card" is provided, which is produced at the request of the participant.
  • If a Wings program participant card is lost, a duplicate is made free of charge, according to the established deadlines.
  • Accrual of bonuses and privileges for a Gold level member: 7% of the order amount *.
  • Seat Selection service - free choice of seats in the passenger cabin is provided upon check-in.
  • Dedicated business class check-in desk (if there is a departure at the airport);
  • While waiting for boarding a flight, as well as during transfer / transit transfers, passengers are provided with the services of an enhanced lounge (if available at the airport). Lounge services are provided only to the cardholder with a Ural Airlines ticket.
  • Additionally, a 50% discount is provided on the payment for excess, oversized, heavy baggage.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Upgrade to Business class (this service must be ordered no later than 5 (five) hours before the flight departure):
    To use this service, the passenger must:
    • Buy a ticket at Premium - Economy tariffs (the lettering of the Premium - Economy tariff in the ticket contains a combination of letters FL) or Baggage (the code in the ticket is LC2).
      • Order service:

      • Through an employee of the Call Center by calling 8-800-7700-262 (free in Russia) or +7 (499) 920-22-52 (for calls from abroad); Through a ticket office employee when purchasing an air ticket.
      • At the airport, present to the employee at the check-in counter for the flight a plastic or virtual Gold Level card of a member of the Wings program, receive a boarding pass for the Business class cabin.

Service "Upgrade" is not provided:

  • in the absence of free seats in the Business class cabin; in the absence of this class of service on the flight you need; when checking in for a flight at the “Late Passenger” counter;
  • when flying with a small child under 2 years old; on flights the code is the share of the airline's partners;
  • passengers flying on the "Moscow Pass".

Additionally, depending on the fare of the ticket, the passenger is entitled to:

  • transportation of excess 1 piece of baggage, where the weight and dimensions meet the established requirements;
  • 50% discount on excess, oversized and overweight baggage.
  • Privileges from partners.
  • Service "Renewal of the Gold level" **.

* An order is considered the cost of an air ticket with passenger taxes and purchased additional services of the airline (the calculation does not include the partner services purchased with the ticket).

** Service "Early Assignment of the Gold Level"

  • The Gold Level Renewal service is available for the owners of the Gold Level cards of the Wings loyalty program.
  • The service "Renewal of the Gold Level" is provided in case of non-fulfillment of the basic conditions of card renewal and is voluntary.
  • The service is paid. The calculation of the cost of renewing the Gold level is based on the number of missing segments (the number of segments must be at least 40), where the cost of one segment is 3000 rubles / bonuses.
  • It is possible to pay for the service from the member's personal account using bonuses or a Visa, MasterCard, MIR bank card, which is registered in the Program. Bonuses from third party accounts are not accepted.
  • To register a service, a member of the Wings program must fill out an application in a free form indicating the number of the valid card, full name and send it to the email address gold@u6.ru
  • Applications for the extension of the "Gold Level" are considered from November 1 to February 1.
  • When ordering the service "Renewal of the Gold Level", the participant will receive a new card for a period of 1 calendar year.
