Return tickets in Russia

Since August 9, Ural Airlines will resume the All Tickets Refundable campaign. Feel free to plan your trip, and if your plans suddenly change, you can get your money back even for non-refundable fares.

The promotion applies to all regular Russian flights of the airline, including transfer flights, purchased from 08/09/21 to 04/25/22 for departures from 09/01/21 to 04/25/22 .

Purchase tickets on the uralairlines.ru website, in the UralAirlines mobile application, at air ticket offices and by calling the call center 8-800-7700-262.

A ticket refund without penalty is possible 48 hours before the flight departure. Refunds less than 48 hours prior to departure are subject to the standard fare rule. A mandatory booking fee of RUB 400 per flight segment is non-refundable. Refunds are made through the Order Management service.
