On October 1, from 20:00 (Moscow time), it will be impossible to purchase air tickets, online registration, or use certificates; the operation of other services on our website and mobile application will be limited due to the transition to the domestic reservation system.

IMPORTANT!
From September 28, online check-in will be unavailable, so we recommend that you print out itinerary receipts and checks confirming payment for additional services and have them with you at the airport.

Don't worry! All flights operate as scheduled, and you can check in for flights at the airport check-in counters.

Planned technical migration work will last from 12 hours until the work is completed. During this period, the functionality of the following services will be disabled:

  • Purchasing air tickets (on the website, in the mobile application, at ticket offices, at the contact center, at agencies, using aggregators)
  • Online registration
  • Manage your booking
  • Flight schedule
  • Online departure board

The following will be available to you:

After the completion of migration work (from October 1 to October 16, 2022), it will be temporarily impossible to use gift certificates and certificates issued during the pandemic on the website and mobile application.

If you planned to apply the certificate, then it is better to do it before October 1, 2022.
