Subsidized Transportation

From January 1 to December 31, 2024, Ural Airlines passengers can purchase tickets and fly at subsidized rates. The sale of air tickets is carried out within the framework of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 215 of 03/02/2018.

Who can take advantage of subsidized transportation?

Citizens of the Russian Federation belonging to the following categories
Citizens of the Russian Federation belonging to the following categories can take advantage of the offer:
- passengers under 23 years of age
- women over 55 years old
- men over 60 years old
- disabled people of group I of all ages and accompanying persons
- disabled children of all groups and accompanying persons
- disabled people from childhood of II or III groups
- passengers who have a certificate of a large family or other documents confirming the status of a large family in the manner established by the regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Registration of discount tickets on the airline's website without prior confirmation of the profile is available to citizens of the Russian Federation belonging to the following categories:
- citizens under 23 years of age
- women over 55 years of age and men over 60 years of age
When checking in, make sure that passengers meet the specified criteria.
When checking in for your flight, you will be checked for relevant documents confirming your right to subsidized transportation.
1. To issue a ticket, select the direction and departure date
2. In the “passengers” column, specify the number and be sure to check the “Subsidies\benefits” box, as shown in the screenshot
3. You will see available tickets for a certain period of time on the selected date
  The ticket you need is the first one: signed “subsidized” and colored blue
4. Please read the pop-up window carefully and proceed with checkout.
5. Next step: you need to enter your details.
  
  Please note that when purchasing a ticket on the website you will need:
  - general passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
  - insurance number of an individual personal account, SNILS
6. Check the recorded data again and click “continue”
7. Select the required additional services and click “continue”
8. Proceed to payment
9. Enter a valid email address and your bank card details
10. Pay for your ticket
11. Ready!
12. Within 48 hours you will receive an itinerary-receipt by email.
The on-line check-in service is not available for air tickets issued at a subsidized fare.

- Flight class – Economy
- hand luggage – 1 piece 10 kg and dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm (H x D x W)
- luggage – 1 piece 23 kg (no more than 203 cm in the sum of 3 dimensions and no more than 100 cm on any side)
- Returns before flight departure are allowed (with a fee) until check-in for the flight is completed. Read more...

In the period from October 31, 2023 to March 30, 2024, Ural Airlines passengers can purchase tickets and fly from January 1, 2024 to March 30, 2024 at subsidized fares. The sale of air tickets is carried out within the framework of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 215 of 03/02/2018.

Children under 2 years old traveling with a seat and children aged 2 to 12 years old receive a 25% discount on the indicated fare. One child under 2 years old, accompanied by an adult, travels free of charge without a seat.

The price is inclusive of all fees.

One passenger entitled to subsidized transportation can enter into a maximum of 4 contracts for air transportation on subsidized routes.

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 215 of 03/02/2018 for the period from 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2023, according to one of the options given below:

No more than 4 one-way air tickets
No more than 2 air tickets on a round trip route
No more than 2 one-way air tickets and no more than 1 round-trip ticket

When purchasing a ticket for these destinations, the passenger must confirm his right to issue a ticket at a special fare, taking into account the restrictions imposed.
