Luggage are things that for some reason cannot be taken with you into the cabin of the aircraft. They must be issued at the check-in desk and checked in luggage. Things will fly in the luggage compartment and return to you at the arrival airport.

The airline offers a choice of fares with and without baggage already included:

• "Promo" — luggage is not provided. If necessary, it should be paid additionally;
• "Economy" — 1 seat up to 23 kg;
• "Premium economy" - 2 seats of 23 kg;
• "Business" — 2 seats of 23 kg.

The size of the luggage must not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions and 100 cm on either side.

Baggage consolidation in the case when two or more passengers are traveling on the same route and to the same airport is possible in the following order:

2 people – one suitcase up to 20kg

3 people – one suitcase up to 30kg or one suitcase up to 20kg + one suitcase up to 10kg

4 people – one suitcase up to 30kg + one suitcase up to 10kg or two suitcases up to 20kg

ECONOMY RATE

2 people – one suitcase up to 30kg

3 people – one suitcase up to 30kg + one suitcase up to 23kg

4 people – two suitcases up to 30kg or one suitcase up to 30kg + two suitcases up to 23kg

It is forbidden to combine luggage and hand luggage.

One passenger can be provided with no more than 3 additional pieces of luggage.

If you bought 2 tickets: from point A to B and from B to C, then at point B you will need to get your luggage, exit the arrival area, re-check in, check in your luggage, get a boarding pass, etc

Baggage collection ends 40 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.

• Choose flights with a transfer of at least 1 hour. Otherwise, there is a risk of not being able to catch the next flight or the luggage will not have time to be transported from one plane to another.
• When buying a ticket, pay attention to the departure airport of the flight at the transfer point – some airports have 2 or more terminals that are located quite far from each other.
• Check in advance the baggage allowance in all airlines participating in the route.

You need to collect baggage if:

• there are items in the baggage that are subject to declaration;
• the passenger at the point of departure himself expressed a desire to receive baggage at the transfer airport;
• when changing the route at the transfer point at the initiative of the passenger;
• Checking the transfer passenger"s baggage at the point - the law of the country where the transfer is made.

Checked baggage - 1 piece weighing up to 20 kg. and dimensions no more than 203 cm in the sum of measurements (and no more than 100 cm on one side)

It is possible if it is a transfer flight and the following conditions are met:

• all flights of a single route are operated by Ural Airlines" own flights or flights of partner airlines;
• the passenger has one or different tickets for the entire route (if the airport has such a technical capability);
• the excess is paid baggage for all sections of the route;
• the transfer airport has a special transfer zone;
• the passenger has all the documents necessary for transfer through airports along the route, as well as for entry to the final destination.

Liquids include:

• water, juice, tea, alcohol;
• dairy;
• honey, jam, jam;
• soft cheese, spreadable products such as hummus, tomato or chocolate paste;
• caviar;
• deodorants, perfume;
• creams, lotions, shaving foam and gel, toothpaste;
• shampoo, conditioner or hair balm, hair styling products;
• cosmetics: mascara, lipstick, lip balm, foundation, etc.;
• medicines, sprays.

Exception: you can take baby food necessary for the child during the flight, medicines, sprays and diet food without restriction in hand luggage if you have a certificate or prescription from a doctor.

All items related to liquids must be collected in one closed transparent package: cosmetic bag, bag, dressing case, zip bag, etc. no larger than 18*20 cm. The volume of liquid in one package should not exceed 1 liter.

You can import into the territory of the EAEU without duty:

• Goods worth the equivalent of not more than €10,000 and/or weighing less than 50 kg;
• Alcoholic drinks, including beer, no more than 3 liters per person over 18 years old;

Tobacco and tobacco products:

• 200 cigarettes or
• 50 cigars or
• 50 cigarillos or
• 250 g tobacco (including chewing tobacco).

Tobacco products in assortment with a total weight of no more than 250 g per person over 18 years of age.

If the amount of goods imported into the territory of the EAEU exceeds €10,000 or the total weight is more than 50 kg, the passenger will have to pay a duty in the amount of 30% of the amount, but not less than €4 for each extra kilogram of weight.

When importing ethyl alcohol over 5 liters - 22 euros per 1 liter;

For alcoholic beverages and beer - € 10 per 1 liter of excess.

A single rate of 10 euros per 1 liter in terms of exceeding the quantitative norm of 3 liters - in the case of the import of alcoholic beverages and beer in quantities from 3 to 5 liters inclusive.

You can, but be aware of the following restrictions.

From the EAEU countries it is impossible to export:

• Fish and seafood (except for sturgeon caviar) in the amount of more than 5 kg;
• Sturgeon caviar weighing more than 250 g.

In accordance with the Decree of the Russian Federation dated November 1, 2022 No. 1947, it is prohibited for individuals to move from the territory of the Kamchatka Territory by air in baggage and (or) hand luggage of salmon caviar (red caviar) of non-industrial production of more than 10 kilograms per one an individual for one flight on domestic air transportation in the period from 11/01/2022 to 08/01/2025
