The airline has expanded the possibility of returning and exchanging air tickets for passengers in connection with the tragic events in Moscow.
Passengers are allowed an involuntary refund of their air ticket even if they did not change seats or did not show up for the flight to Moscow in the period from 22/03 to 25/03.
If the flight is a transfer flight and involves a connection in Moscow, an involuntary return or involuntary exchange of an air ticket for departure on March 27 through another transfer point is allowed. In this case, the initial and final departure/arrival points must coincide.
If the flight is a transfer flight with departure to/from Moscow, then a forced exchange for departure on March 27 or a forced refund of the full cost of the air ticket is allowed.
A forced refund or exchange for departure before March 27 is also permitted if the ticket includes a direct flight from Moscow.
