Ural Airlines flight attendants became SKYSERVICE 2019 gold medalists

Ural Airlines flight attendants became gold medalists in the “Best Team” nomination at the IV SKYSERVICE 2019 International Forum for the Development of Service and Services.

For two days, representatives of Russian and international airlines attended ISPY programs and performed theoretical and practical exercises. The competent jury of the forum highly appreciated the professional skills of the Ural Airlines team, having awarded gold medals.

In addition, Ural Airlines flight attendant Anastasia Solovyova was awarded the Miss Online title in the Sky Lady 2019 beauty contest for the greatest support on the Internet.

The Sky Lady 2019 competition at the SKYSERVICE 2019 Forum included presentations by the participants of the competition, a Q & A session with the jury members and three defile of the participants: in the form of their airline, casual-look and evening dresses.

The SKYSERVICE 2019 Forum is one of the most significant events in the field of civil aviation dedicated to the development of service on board aircraft. The main objectives of the forum are: the search for new formats of cooperation in the field of on-board service, the exchange of experience with international companies, the presentation of large projects and mechanisms for their development in the provision of services on board.
