Information for passengers-citizens of the Russian Federation arriving in Russia on international flights

In connection with the entry into force of the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 27, citizens of the Russian Federation arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation by air must:

• Fill out the form on the Single portal gosuslugi.ru (when purchasing a ticket, but no later than check-in for the flight).
• Fill in the form of an aircraft arriving on board an aircraft traveling to the Russian Federation.
• Pass a laboratory test for COVID-19 (by PCR method) within three calendar days from the date of arrival in the Russian Federation.
• Submit information about the research result in a special form on the Single portal of public services .
• Observe the regime of self-isolation at the place of residence / stay until the results of laboratory tests are obtained.
• Seek medical help without visiting medical organizations in case of any deterioration in health within fourteen calendar days from the date of arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation.
