In connection with the introduction of charter flights to Kyrgyzstan into the schedule of Ural Airlines, we inform you that only the following categories of citizens are allowed on flights:
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic; Accredited or appointed employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states in the Kyrgyz Republic, accredited or designated employees of international organizations and their missions located in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as members of these persons, with advance notification of their arrival through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; Members of delegations of foreign states and international organizations traveling to the Kyrgyz Republic at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic; Drivers engaged in international cargo transportation, crews and flight personnel of aircraft, train and locomotive crews of international railway traffic; Employees of the State Enterprise “National Company“ Kyrgyz Temir Zholu ”under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring the daily operation of the railway on the territory of neighboring states (Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Uzbekistan), by passports (ID - card) Citizens of foreign states and stateless persons studying in higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (upon presentation of a certificate from the place of study); Citizens of foreign states and stateless persons with a permanent residence permit in the Kyrgyz Republic; Citizens of foreign states and stateless persons who are sent for treatment to medical institutions on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (with documentary confirmation); Citizens of foreign states and stateless persons going to the funeral of close relatives (subject to documentary evidence of close family ties and the fact of death); Citizens of foreign countries in which there is a decrease in coronavirus infection and stabilization of the epidemiological situation, according to the List of countries approved by a departmental act of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic: Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Belgium, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Turkey, Switzerland, Sweden, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, China, Malaysia, South Korea, Pakistan, Slovenia, Kuwait, Japan.
Passengers who are not in the above categories will not be allowed on flights.
