Information for passengers arriving in the Russian Federation from other countries
The information is relevant for both export passengers and regular flights arriving in the Russian Federation.
According to the Resolution No. 22 of July 27, 2020 "On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2020 No. 7 and of March 30, 2020 No. 9"
- foreign citizens and stateless persons, when boarding an aircraft traveling to a destination on the territory of the Russian Federation, including in transit, must:
- Citizens of the Russian Federation arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation by air must:
1. Ensure that you have a medical document confirming a negative test result for COVID-19 by the PCR method (in Russian or English, it is allowed to provide a document in the official language of the state of registration of the organization that issued it with a translation into Russian, the loyalty of which is certified by a consular officer RF). The material must be selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation;
2. Fill in the form before arriving in the Russian Federation;
3. Fulfill the requirements for self-isolation for a period of 14 calendar days, if foreign citizens arrive in the Russian Federation in order to carry out labor activities.
1. Fill in the form of arriving on board;
2. Fill in the form on the Single Portal of State and Municipal Services in electronic form before departure to the Russian Federation (when purchasing a ticket, but not later than check-in for the flight);
3. Undergo a laboratory test for COVID-19 by PCR within three calendar days from the date of arrival in the Russian Federation. Post information about the research result in a special form on the Unified Portal of Public Services;
Immediately
seek medical help without visiting medical organizations inin the event of any deterioration in health within 14 calendar days from the date
arrival in the Russian Federation.
Safety Instructions for Passengers on Direct and Transit Flights to China
In order to prevent and control the spread of a new Coronavirus infection, as well as in accordance with the official reports of the Department of Civil Aviation, the General Customs Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People 'Republic of China, the Chinese citizens and people who do not have Chinese citizenship traveling to China must pass a COVID-19 test within five days before the flight to China.
Passenger Safety Instructions:
1. Only those passengers are allowed on board of the flight, who have a negative test for COVID-19 made in a laboratory approved by the local Chinese Consulate. The test result is valid for 5 days before departure.
2. The passengers who do not have Chinese citizenship must send an email to the General Consulate in advance containing COVID-19 test result and a Statement of Health Status (see Appendix 1); an email to be used for that purpose: yekawcn@126.com . After checking these documents, the General Consulate is to put a seal on the Statement of Health Status. Please note that this application is not a visa to enter China.
3. The passengers who do not have Chinese citizenship must have a single-entry Chinese visa. The visa must be issued strictly after March 28, 2020 at a foreign institution (located not in the territory of the PRC).
4. The passengers who do not have Chinese citizenship must observe a 14-day quarantine at a specially designated hotel at their own expense upon arrival in China.
5. When boarding the aircraft, the passengers with Chinese citizenship are required to provide a “Green Health Code”. Non-Chinese citizens traveling to China on Ural airlines flights via Russia must also submit a “Health code” and a Statement of Health Status at the departure point for verification in accordance with the above mentioned requirements.
6. The “Green Health Code” and the Statement of Health Status have a validity period. After the expiration date, the color of the “Health Code” automatically changes to gray. The Statement of Health Status also contains a certain expiration date. Please make sure that the “Health Code” and the Statement of Health Status are valid before checking in or boarding Your flight if Your flight is delayed.
