Information for passengers flying from / to Turkey

By the decision of the authorities of the Russian Federation, regular and charter flights with Turkey are limited for the period from April 15 to June 1, 2021.

Passengers of Ural Airlines who have tickets for regular or charter flights from / to Turkey for the period of departures from April 15 to June 1, 2021, can make an involuntary refund without penalties.

To do this, you need to contact the place of purchase:

• when buying tickets on the website, in the mobile application, call-center, fill out an application for a refund in the feedback section on the airline's website www.uralairlines.ru
• when buying tickets at a box office or agency, contact this agency or box office directly;
• when buying tickets for charter flights - to the tour operator.

The procedure for the return of Russian citizens from Turkey and the schedule of export flights will be announced additionally.
