Information on the all-Russian voting on the issue of approving amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation
On behalf of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation with the aim of informing citizens, we are informing that on July 1, 2020, an all-Russian vote will be held on the issue of approving amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation .
The decision to vote and learn the opinion of Russian citizens on amendments to the country's fundamental law was made by the President of the Russian Federation.
The main priority during the voting is to ensure the safety of life and health of citizens.
To ensure the safety of citizens' health, all necessary protective measures will be taken. Voting is not only easy, but also safe!
Given the specifics of the epidemiological situation, citizens will be given additional voting opportunities:
The mechanism of "Mobile Voter"
You can apply for a vote at the location:
- from 5 to 14:00 on June 21 at any MFC
- from 5 to 14:00 on June 21 in the territorial commission
- from 5 to 14:00 Moscow time on June 21 through the portal "State Services"
- from June 16 to 14:00 on June 21 - at any precinct election commission
Voting before voting day
Voters can vote in advance at their polls, both on election day and in advance from June 25 to 30. This will help minimize the simultaneous presence on the site of a large number of people.
Contactless voting at home
From June 25 to 30 or on the day of voting , an opportunity is also provided for citizens who cannot leave the house for one reason or another, but want to take part in the vote. From June 16 to 17:00 on July 1, you can contact your precinct commission or transfer the request through relatives or volunteers. An application for voting at home can also be submitted electronically through the State Services portal from June 5 to 14:00 Moscow time on June 21.
Voting outside the polling station
Within 6 days prior to the day of voting - from June 25 to 30 and on the day of voting, precinct commissions have the right to conduct an off-site voting in those settlements where there are no voting facilities, including in the local territories.
Remote electronic voting
The legislation provides for the possibility of remote electronic voting. In accordance with the decision of the CEC of Russia, such a vote will be held in Moscow for residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
