On receiving compensation for passengers of flight U6-1383 dated September 12, 2023
Dear passengers of flight U6-1383, which landed on September 12, 2023!
Ural Airlines will pay compensation in the amount of 100,000 rubles to each of you.
To receive compensation you need:
1. Download the application form on the airline’s website.
If you were traveling with children, please use the application form for passengers with children.
2. Print, fill out and sign your application.
3. Make an extract from your bank or download a form with bank details and fill it out.
4. Scan (or carefully photograph) the documents:
- passport (main page and page with registration at place of residence)
- child's birth certificate (if you were flying with children)
- signed statement
- Bank details
5. Click on the “Submit application” button in the feedback section “Compensation for passengers of flight U6-1383”.
Attach scans of documents from step 4 and full bank details to the submission form.
If compensation will be received by a third party, please attach a notarized power of attorney.
