Permitted Weight of Carry-On Baggage
At the same time, the permitted weight for carry-on baggage will remain unchanged:
- one piece weighing up to 10 kg – for "Promo", "Economy", "Economy Boost", and "Premium Economy" fares;
- two pieces with a total weight of up to 15 kg – for "Business" and "Business Lite" fares.
Children under two years old (who can travel for free without an assigned seat) are entitled to one standard piece of carry-on baggage regardless of fare or class of service.
Free Additional Items
In addition to your main carry-on baggage, you can bring the following items for free:
- A backpack, handbag, or briefcase weighing up to 5 kg and with total dimensions not exceeding 80 cm*;
- Outerwear;
- Baby food**;
- Bouquets of flowers;
- Canes, crutches, walkers, folding wheelchairs;
- Sealed bags with goods from Duty-Free shops.
* The total of three dimensions (length + width + height) is indicated.
** No more than 100 ml per container and no more than 1 liter per person in total.
Also allowed as a free supplement are child carrying devices – such as cradles, strollers, and child car seats – provided their dimensions do not exceed those of standard carry-on baggage (55 × 40 × 25 cm).
❗️ Important Information
Size gauges are used for checks at check-in counters and boarding gates: carry-on baggage must fit entirely inside them, including all protruding elements (wheels, handles, hardware).
If dimensions are exceeded, an additional fee of 5000 RUB will be charged. Alternatively, the passenger may check the oversized carry-on item as baggage – in this case, the surcharge will be from 2,000 RUB.
