Ural Airlines will start operating charter flights to popular resorts in Turkey from St. Petersburg, Moscow (Domodedovo) and Rostov-on-Don on August 10 Departures are planned to Antalya, Dalaman and Bodrum. Tickets can be purchased as part of a travel package from tour operators Coral Travel and TUI Russia.
From August 14, we will also start operating regular flights on the Zhukovsky-Antalya-Zhukovsky route on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Before and during the trip:
1. To maintain social distance on board the aircraft, only a ladies' bag, a men's briefcase, a laptop bag and a diaper bag may be accepted in hand luggage. All other items must be checked in luggage (no additional charge).
2.During the flight, you must fill out an information form (link) with personal data (contacts, health status, seat number on the plane) and the address of your stay in Turkey. It is compulsory to wear a medical mask on board during the entire flight.
3. Non-contact thermometry will be carried out at Turkish airports before passing through passport control. If a passenger has a fever and other symptoms of COVID-19, he will be quarantined / isolated and sent to a hospital for examination. If the passenger confirms the COVID-19 diagnosis, those who came into contact with the patient on the plane will be placed in a 14-day quarantine / isolation.
4. The wearing of medical masks both in public and on the street remains compulsory in most cities in Turkey. The fine for non-compliance with this requirement is 900 Turkish liras (about 9,300 rubles). In addition, the Turkish authorities recommend minimizing contacts and not forgetting the rules of personal hygiene and social distance.
5. Tests for COVID-19 at Turkish airports will not be mandatory; presenting a certificate with a negative test result is also not required.
6. The Russian Embassy recommends that Russian citizens purchase medical insurance before departure. According to information from the Turkish authorities, a line of special insurances has been developed, which include medical care in case of infection with COVID-19. They are available for sale from tour operators, when buying an air ticket, at airports before passing through passport control, as well as online.

After travel:
Within 72 hours after returning home, citizens of the Russian Federation must pass a coronavirus test and upload the results to the public services portal ( order of the Government of the Russian Federation).Foreign citizens must take the test 72 hours before departure
to Russia and have a certificate with negative
results.
Please note that on the basis of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2020 ( http://gov.garant.ru/SESSION/PILOT/main.htm ), restrictions on entry into the Russian Federation have been lifted at the moment only for citizens of Turkey, Great Britain and Tanzania.
All other foreign citizens, including citizens of the CIS, must have a residence permit to enter the Russian Federation. The only exceptions are citizens of Ukraine with a residence permit in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
