Convenient fares: all tickets for the business season are returnable

We are announcing the start of the All Returnable Fares campaign for flights from September until the end of 2021.

Summer is just beginning and you have a month to plan your trips around Russia for the fall and winter. Buy tickets from June 1 to June 30 for departures from September 1 to December 31, and if you decide to cancel your flight, you can get your money back without penalties, even for non-refundable fares.

Terms of action:

• Sales period: until June 30, 2021 (inclusive) for departures from 09/01/2021 to 12/31/2021.
• All regular Russian routes of Ural Airlines, including transfer ones, participate in the promotion.
• Refunds are allowed without penalties 48 hours before departure. Refunds less than 48 hours before departure are subject to the fare conditions. Refunds will be subject to a mandatory RUB 400 booking fee. per flight segment.
• Refunds are made through the order management service.
