Kyrgyzstan opens borders for foreign citizens. Ural Airlines is starting to operate charter flights to Osh and Bishkek from 8 Russian cities. We fly from Moscow (Domodedovo), Zhukovsky, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhnevartovsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk and Samara.
