Ural Airlines will award bonuses in case of flight cancellation

Flight cancellation is always an unforeseen situation that any passenger can find themselves in. And often this happens through no fault of the airline.

If it happens that your flight is cancelled, then we will give you 500 bonuses as compensation.

We award bonuses:

• Only for current loyalty program participants who indicated the card number when purchasing a ticket, and if the passport data in the ticket matches the data specified in the program’s personal account
• Automatically, no need to make any applications*
• Cancellation bonuses last 3 months

Compensation is provided to passengers flying within Russia and abroad (except for the CIS)
