Ural Airlines will compensate passengers for flight delays with Wings bonuses

We really hope you don't need this. Unfortunately, flight delays cannot be predicted in advance, as they occur for various reasons. But if the flight nevertheless deviates from the schedule, then as compensation we will credit you with 500 bonuses to your Wings loyalty card.

Important information about bonus compensation:

• Bonuses are awarded regardless of the reason for the delay, if it is more than 3 hours from the scheduled departure time to the actual one.
• Bonuses are awarded only to current members of the Wings loyalty program. It will not be possible to receive compensation if the passenger is not a member of the program and registered in it after a delay. Your loyalty card number must be indicated on the ticket and your booking, and the passport information on the ticket must match the information specified in the loyalty program.
• Bonuses are awarded automatically; no applications are required. If bonuses have not been credited after a delay, please contact ffp1@u6.ru .

The lifespan of delay bonuses is 3 months.

If you are not yet a member of the Wings loyalty program, then register and receive bonuses for flights, spend them immediately or save them, pay with bonuses not only for tickets, but also for additional services.
