Ural Airlines carried 36 850 passengers on export flights
On September 21, the program of export flights ended in Russia. Ural Airlines has summed up production results in terms of passenger traffic and the number of flights performed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the period from April 4 to September 21, 2020, it performed 240 export flights and carried 36,850 passengers. So, from abroad to the Russian Federation, the airline performed 116 flights and took out 15,577 Russian citizens. Most of these flights were operated from Thailand, India, UAE, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan to such Russian cities as: Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Ufa, etc.
To take foreign citizens out of Russia, 124 flights were performed and 21,273 passengers were transported. Most of the flights were operated from Moscow (Domodedovo) and Yekaterinburg to Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and European countries.
