The airline considers it necessary to support and stimulate the work of the team during a difficult period for the airline industry

In June last year, Ural Airlines raised salaries for all employees by an average of 12%, and from March 1, 2024, increases salaries for flight attendants by another 20%.

“Taking into account the specifics of the work of flight attendants, on whom the safety and level of service on board depends, we increased the payment per flight hour and introduced a “quality bonus,” explained the airline’s press service.

Even in a difficult geopolitical situation, in 2023 the airline increased its main performance indicators: passenger traffic by 11%, flight hours by 1%, number of flights by 3% and passenger occupancy by 3.6%, and opened international routes to five countries. Of course, this is the merit of employees at all levels of production and, to a huge extent, flight attendants.

Let us remind you that due to the increase in the route network, Ural Airlines is recruiting flight attendants with and without experience. Training takes place at the expense of the airline in Moscow and Yekaterinburg.
