Ural Airlines has almost completed processing requests for refunds for flights canceled in the spring

The airline has almost completed processing applications for refunds for canceled flights due to the closure of international air traffic and restrictions on flights to southern airports in Russia.

Based on the results of 9 months, 51.5 thousand clients have already received money in full, which is 98% of requests from the total number of applications received (52,343).

At the moment, there are about 2% of applications remaining, on which continuous work is being carried out. All of these remaining 829 applications have been processed, but one or more data is missing for the final payment:

  • no details/incorrect details;

  • no consent/consent incorrectly completed;

  • no full name of the passenger / full name is not specified;

  • payment for tickets was made using an international card, but details of a Russian card are needed;

  • The passenger's full name does not match the recipient's full name in the details.

We value our clients and will always help resolve any controversial issues. However, in order to speed up the refund process, the airline asks passengers to check their spam folder, do not ignore customer service request emails, and do not delete or change the subject of the email. And then the work on returns will be completely completed!
