Ural Airlines informs that due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in China, passengers are allowed to return money for acquired airline tickets.

Refunds are made in full without fines and deductions. For a refund, you must contact the place of purchase. It is possible to return tickets only for tickets purchased before January 24, 2020 for flights until February 07, 2020.

Since January 27, Ural Airlines has suspended its flight program on Fr. Hainan (Haikou) from Yekaterinburg and Tyumen for an indefinite period. Flights will be resumed after normalization of the epidemiological situation.
