Ural Airlines was awarded the title “Airline of the Year” at the Wings of Russia-2018 Prize

On April 16, the awarding ceremony of the 22nd national industry award “Wings of Russia” following the results of 2018 was held! Ural Airlines was awarded the title of “Airline of the Year”, becoming a diploma winner in two categories: “Domestic Air Transport in Group I (traffic volume over 4.0 million passengers) and“ International Air Freight ”. The success of the air carrier was evaluated by a council consisting of experts and representatives of the aviation industry and public organizations.

Recall that the national industry award “Wings of Russia” was established in 1997 by the Russian Association of Air Transport Operators and the industry publication “Air Transport Review” and has been a recognized industry award for many years, celebrating the success of domestic airlines in the development of the country's civil aviation. Since the founding of the award, Ural Airlines have repeatedly been among the winners in various categories. In 2017, the airline was awarded a special award from the organizers - “Business project of the 20th anniversary of the civil aviation of Russia”.
