Ural Airlines increased passenger traffic in March
Indicators approaching 2019 levels
We are pleased to note the positive dynamics of production indicators this spring. Passenger traffic and the number of flights performed are showing stable growth and are approaching the pre-pandemic level.
In March 2021, 596,111 passengers used the services of Ural Airlines (90% by 2019), which almost corresponds to the passenger traffic in March 2019. Among them, there are 431,723 passengers on domestic routes (IDL), 71,609 on international routes (MVL), and 92,779 across the CIS.
In March 2021, 4,199 flights were performed (90% by 2019): 2,987 domestic flights, 461 international flights and 751 flights to neighboring countries (CIS).
In the first three months of 2021, Ural Airlines transported 1,406,727 (79% by 2019). Domestic airlines transported 1,064,586 passengers, international airlines (MVL) carried 122,937 passengers and 219,204 passengers across the CIS. In the period from January to March 2021, the airline operated 10,729 flights (84% by 2019), including 7,729 for domestic flights, 1,086 for international flights and 1,914 for the CIS. The total passenger turnover was 3,017,159 passenger kilometers.
