Ural Airlines brought home Russian tourists from the Mediterranean Sea

210 Russian tourists stuck in the Mediterranean Sea due to the COVID-19 pandemic yesterday were able to return home on a special flight of the Ural Airlines. The flight took 37 passengers from Malta, and then flew to Larnaca, where 173 more passengers were added. The Ural Airlines plane landed in Moscow on the evening of May 20.
“We flew away in a cheerful mood, there was a reinforced crew, all individual protection measures were followed. Therefore, the flight and landing were successful. I think the passengers were satisfied, the more they returned home after such a long stay abroad, ”said the pilot.

Volunteer headquarters #We work together in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Air Transport Agency, the Ministry of Communications and the administrations of the constituent entities of Russia. Thanks to their help, more than 400 people from 15 countries have already returned to Russia.
