Ural Airlines introduces new rules for servicing passengers on board

Starting June 1, 2020, Ural Airlines introduces new rules for servicing passengers on board to provide additional security. According to the instructions of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the following passenger service procedure has been introduced:

  • Passengers are allowed to board the aircraft only in medical masks. Personal protective equipment is not recommended to be removed during the entire flight.
  • Medical masks will be replaced with flight attendants lasting more than three hours. Sufficient medical masks are available on all flights
  • When boarding a flight, a mandatory non-contact measurement of body temperature is carried out. body temperature should not exceed 37 degrees
  • Passengers will be given an individual set of antiseptic wipes

Please note that passengers without masks and with elevated body temperature may be refused transportation. These measures are temporary and introduced to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. They will gradually be softened until they return to their normal mode of stay and service on board.
