Ural Airlines has released an eight-hour ASMR video (https://vkvideo.ru/video-23548502_456239717) featuring real sounds of the aircraft cabin and engine hum recorded on board an Airbus A319. The video is created for those who find white noise helpful for relaxation or concentration: it allows you to briefly immerse yourself in the sound atmosphere of air travel, even if a trip is not yet in your plans.

For those who prefer to work under white noise, the recording includes special signals familiar to passengers from flights. They help organize the workday using the "Pomodoro technique": 25-minute work intervals alternate with short and long breaks. The eight-hour recording is designed for long listening and is suitable for both a workday and nighttime rest.

The video is timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day, which is observed on October 10. According to VCIOM data, in 2026 every fourth Russian reported anxiety over the past two to three days. At the same time, 46% of respondents named travel as one of the ways to cope with anxiety. Research also shows that even 20 minutes of listening to white noise can help reduce anxiety in difficult circumstances.

The project continues Ural Airlines' work on improving passenger comfort and calm. In 2026, the airline increased the permitted carry-on baggage allowance by 25%, and also simplified ticket exchange and refund procedures. The carrier also launched two new destinations that allow traveling without unnecessary stress and dependence on the aviation situation: Abkhazian Sukhum and Indian Delhi.
