We are launching the "All tickets are returnable" promotion for flights to the UAE. Buy tickets to Dubai, Sharjah or Ras al-Khaimah from September 25 to October 25, 2021 , and if your plans suddenly change, you can return or exchange tickets even at non-refundable fares. The promotion is valid for departures from September 25 to December 20, 2021 .

Conditions of the promotion "All tickets are returnable for flights to the UAE":
- Ticket refund without penalty is possible 48 hours before flight departure;
- You can not return, but exchange the ticket without additional payments for another flight, provided that the route and the fare coincide *;
- For refunds less than 48 hours before departure, the standard fare rule applies;
- Mandatory booking fee of RUB 400 per flight segment is non-refundable;
