PUBLIC OFFER FOR RENDERING SERVICES IN THE BUSINESS ROOM
This document is an official public offer agreement for individuals.
This public offer for the provision of services in the business lounge is concluded by accepting this agreement containing all the essential conditions, without signing the Agreement by the parties. The agreement has full legal force in accordance with Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This agreement is considered concluded from the moment of its acceptance and is valid until the parties fulfill all their obligations under this agreement.
Airport provides service maintenance for the passenger in the business hall of the passenger terminal and the passenger pays for the services provided.
A passenger who has paid for the service is provided with:
- buffet with a wide range of hot dishes, snacks and drinks
- the ability to view satellite and terrestrial television channels
- providing visual information about the status of flights
- informing passengers about the need to board the flight
- comfortable space for work: internet, printer, copier, fax (only to Moscow numbers)
- free wireless Internet Wi-Fi (terms of use of WI-FI services and instructions for authorization)
- press
- Walk-in closet
- shower room with a set of necessary accessories
The service is provided to passengers aged 12 and over and is designed to stay in the business lounge for no more than 3 hours. Additionally, it is possible to pay for the service for children aged 2-12 years at the administrator of the business lounge. Children 0-2 years old can enter the business lounge with one of their parents free of charge.
After passing through personal inspection and other pre-flight formalities at the entrance to the business lounge, the passenger must present an itinerary receipt with information on the paid service.
The passenger undertakes to timely pay for the service provided, as well as to comply with aviation security requirements when visiting the business lounge.
Payment is made at the established rates on the date of purchase of the service by way of 100% prepayment from a bank card or in cash. The cost of services is subject to value added tax in the amount established by law.
For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this agreement, the parties are liable in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In the event of material damage to the property of the airport, the passenger shall indemnify for the damage and losses. The damage caused is recovered on the basis of an act drawn up by the airport representatives in the presence of the passenger.
If one of the parties fails to comply with the terms of the agreement, the agreement is terminated unilaterally.

This public offer for the provision of services in the VIP room is concluded by accepting this agreement, containing all the essential conditions, without signing the Agreement by the parties. The agreement has full legal force in accordance with Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This agreement is considered concluded from the moment of its acceptance and is valid until the parties fulfill all their obligations under this agreement.
Airport provides service maintenance for the passenger in the VIP-hall of the passenger terminal and the passenger pays for the services provided.
The passengers of the VIP Lounge can be provided with the following services:
- Check-in for the flight and baggage at specially designated counters
- Inviting passengers to control the boarding of passengers on a flight
- Ensuring the delivery of passengers to / from the aircraft on a comfortable minibus
- Luggage delivery of departing passengers to the picking area / to the aircraft
- Escort to / from the aircraft by airport staff
- Use of a comfortable room
- The ability to view terrestrial television channels
- Assortment of printed products
- Providing fax communication in the city
- Photocopying services, printer
- Wi-Fi wireless internet access
- Personal computer with Internet access
- Shower room with sets of necessary accessories (soap, gel, shampoo in individual packages, bath towel, towel, foot towel)
For an additional fee, passengers of the VIP Lounge can be provided with:
- Restaurant services
- For important meetings, a "Negotiation Room" is provided upon prior request
The service is provided to passengers aged 12 and over. Additionally, it is possible to pay for the service for children aged 2-12 years, as well as for accompanying persons at the administrator of the VIP-hall. Children 0-2 years old enter the VIP-hall together with one of their parents free of charge.
