TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "PRE-PAID MEAL" SERVICE

1.1. Types of Pre-paid Meal (hereinafter – PPM) available for order:

1.2. PPM Ordering Time:

The Airline may refuse to provide PPM in the following cases:

  • the request for PPM is created later than the deadline established for the departure airport,
  • the requested type of PPM is not provided by the Airline at the specific departure airport,
  • the PPM service has not been paid for by the passenger,
  • the PPM service was not paid for by the passenger in a timely manner (i.e., before the deadline for ordering PPM at the specific airport).

1.3. Methods for Ordering PPM:

Meals can be ordered in the following ways:

  • during the flight booking process (on the official website and in the Airline's mobile app, at a travel agency, at the Airline's own ticket offices and those of its agents);
  • after booking the ticket (on the official website and in the Airline's mobile app, at a travel agency, at the Airline's own ticket offices and those of its agents, via the Airline's Passenger Support Service). For this, you will need the ticket number or booking reference;
  • during online check-in for the flight (PPM ordering time depends on the departure airport).

Should you have any questions or technical difficulties when ordering the service on the official website or in the Airline's mobile app, the passenger should contact the Airline's Passenger Support Service by phone: +7 (499) 920 22 52 (for Moscow), 8 (800) 770 02 62 (toll-free call within Russia).

1.4. Cancellation of PPM:

1.4.1. In case of non-provision of the PPM service due to the fault of the Airline, the funds paid for the service are refunded to the passenger in full.

1.4.2. In case of a voluntary refusal of the PPM service by the passenger less than 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the funds are non-refundable.

1.4.3. In case of a voluntary refusal of the paid service at least 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the passenger must contact the Airline via the Feedback form (section "Questions about additional services"). If a refund is issued to the passenger, the refund is processed at the place of purchase of the service.

1.4.4 In case of a voluntary ticket exchange less than 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the PPM service is canceled, and the funds are non-refundable.

1.5. General Conditions for Providing PPM:

1.5.1. The PPM service is paid and is not included in the airfare.

1.5.2. PPM is served to passengers on the flight BEFORE the standard in-flight meal service begins (if in-flight meals are provided on the flight).

1.5.3. After paying for the meal, an updated itinerary receipt is sent to the passenger's email, indicating information about the purchased PPM type and the flight for which it was purchased. The itinerary receipt must be printed/photographed and taken on board.

1.5.4. If one passenger books tickets for two or more passengers, PPM for each of them must be ordered separately.

1.5.5. When purchasing a ticket for 2 flights, the PPM service must be ordered separately for each flight.

1.5.6. If a passenger orders multiple portions of PPM for a multi-sector flight, PPM will be provided only once and only on the 1st sector of the multi-sector flight. If the passenger refuses the meal on the first sector of the flight, the meal is disposed of, and replacement/provision of PPM on subsequent sectors of the flight is not provided. The service is considered refused and the funds are non-refundable to the passenger.

1.5.7.  If a discrepancy in the ordered paid meal type or a complaint about the quality of the meal provided on board the aircraft is identified, the passenger must contact the flight attendant to document this discrepancy and file a written complaint. Otherwise, the service will be considered rendered in full and the funds are non-refundable to the passenger.

1.6. PPM Composition, Structure, and Appearance:

1.6.1. The composition and structure of PPM meals may vary slightly depending on the departure airport and departure date.

1.6.2. The appearance of meals on board the aircraft may differ slightly from the photos shown in the "On-board Meals" section. The images are for promotional purposes only.
