TERMS OF PROVISION OF THE SERVICE "ADDITIONAL FOOD"

1.2.DP order time:

The airline may refuse to provide DP in the following cases:

  • the request for the provision of DP was created later than the time limit for ordering DP established for the departure airport,
  • the requested type of DP is not provided by the Airline at the specific departure airport,
  • the service for providing DP was not paid for by the passenger,
  • the service for providing DP was not paid for by the passenger in a timely manner (i.e. before the time limit for ordering DP at a specific airport).

1.3. Method of ordering DP:

You can order food in the following ways:

  • in the process of booking an air ticket (on the official website and mobile application of the Airline, at a travel agency, at company ticket offices and ticket offices of Airline agents);
  • after booking a ticket (on the official website and mobile application of the Airline, at a travel agency, at company ticket offices and ticket offices of Airline agents, through the Airline Passenger Support Service). To do this, you will need your ticket number or reservation number;
  • during on-line check-in for a flight (the time for ordering a flight depends on the departure airport).

In case of any questions or technical difficulties when registering a service on the official website and in the Airline’s mobile application, the passenger must contact the Airline Passenger Support Service by phone: +7 (499) 920 22 52 (for Moscow), 8 (800) 770 02 62 (calls within Russia are free).

1.4. Refusal of DP:

1.4.1. In case of failure to provide the DP service due to the fault of the Airline, the funds paid for the service are returned to the passenger in full.

1.4.2. If a passenger voluntarily refuses the DP service less than 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the money will not be refunded.

1.4.3. In case of voluntary refusal to provide a paid service at least 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the passenger must contact the Airline through the Feedback form (section “Questions on additional services” ). In case of a refund to the passenger, the refund is carried out at the place of purchase of the service.

1.4.4 In case of voluntary exchange of a ticket less than 36 hours before the scheduled flight departure, the DP service is canceled and no refund is given.

1.5.General conditions for the provision of DP:

1.5.1. The service of providing DP is paid and is not included in the price of the air ticket.

1.5.2. DP is provided to passengers of the flight BEFORE the start of in-flight catering for passengers (in case of provision of in-flight catering on the flight).

1.5.3. After paying for the meal, the passenger is sent an updated itinerary receipt by email, which contains information about the purchased type of meal plan and for which flight it was purchased. The itinerary receipt must be printed/photographed and taken with you on board.

1.5.4. If one passenger books air tickets for two or more passengers, DP for each of them must be ordered separately.

1.5.5. When purchasing an air ticket for 2 flights, you need to order the DP service for each flight separately.

1.5.6. If a passenger orders several portions of DP when flying on multi-leg flights, DP will be provided once and only on 1 leg of the multi-leg flight. If a passenger refuses to eat on the first leg of the flight, the food will be disposed of and replacement/provision of DP will not be provided on subsequent legs of the flight. The service is considered refused and money is not returned to the passenger.

1.5.7. If a discrepancy is detected in the ordered ration of additional paid meals or there are complaints about the quality of the food provided on board the aircraft, the passenger must contact the flight attendant to record this discrepancy and make a complaint in writing. Otherwise, the service will be considered provided in full and the passenger will not be refunded.

1.6.Composition of DP, structure of DP diet, appearance of DP:

1.6.1. The composition and structure of DP rations may vary slightly depending on the airport of departure and the date of departure.

1.6.2. The appearance of the dishes on board the aircraft may differ slightly from those shown in the photographs in the “Meals on board” section. Images are for advertising purposes only.
