Non-refundable Ural Airlines tickets can be returned, exchanged or rescheduled

Ural Airlines meets the passengers and makes it possible to return money for air tickets, as well as change the direction or date of the flight.

The promotion is valid on all flights of the airline without restrictions on the date of flight and for any fares, even “non-refundable”.

You can change the date or direction on tickets purchased from March 8 to April 15, 2020, up to the end of check-in for a flight (40 minutes before departure and earlier) without fees with a surcharge up to an affordable fare.

In case of returning tickets purchased during this period, only a refund operation fee of 1000 rubles per ticket will be charged. You can cancel the flight and return the money for the ticket no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure.
