Following the results of 2018, Ural Airlines regularity indicators increased by 4%

According to the results of last year, Ural Airlines increased their punctuality by 4%. The airline regularity rate was 90%. The regularity of tourist charter flights was 96.5%. In total, the airline performed 61,634 flights during the year, which is 11% higher than in 2017.

Ural Airlines is responsible for its obligations to passengers and seek to minimize delays: the schedule is being improved, airplanes are being reserved, pilots are being trained at the maximum meteorological minimums. But not all delays depend on the carrier. For example, non-flying weather, changes in airport regulations, waiting for transfer passengers, search at the airport and taking off baggage of passengers who didn’t appear for boarding. Also, delays can be caused by technical malfunctions. But, the airline’s absolute priority is passenger safety: only fully operational aircraft fly into the air.
