At the end of 2019, Ural Airlines transported 9,616,908 passengers (+ 7% compared to 2018). On domestic air lines (VVL) - 4,775,688 people, on international air lines (MVL) - 4,841,220 people. In total, 63,865 flights were performed during this period (+ 3% by 2018), including the domestic flights - 32,652, the international flights - 31,213. Passenger traffic grew by 8% and amounted to 23,387,609 thousand passengers. km

In December 2019, 647,251 passengers used the airline's services, which is 12% higher than in 2018. 333 075 people were transported on domestic air lines (VVL), 314 176 people on international air lines (MVL). In December, Ural Airlines completed 4,824 flights (+ 8% compared to the previous year), including 2,317 flights on the MVL, 2,507 on the domestic flights.

In 2019, the airline opened new directions: Moscow-London, Yekaterinburg-Xi'an-Phuket, Zhukovsky-Budapest, Zhukovsky-Amsterdam, Yekaterinburg-Almaty, Irkutsk-Bangkok, Perm-Prague, Moscow-Blagoveshchensk, Zhukovsky-Yerevan, Moscow-Bordeaux, Moscow-Montpellier and others.

An important event for the airline last year was the replenishment of the fleet with four new aircraft of the Airbus A320neo family (one A321 neo and three A320 neo). In total, there are 47 aircraft in the Ural Airlines fleet. Another A321neo will arrive in January 2020. In addition, in 2019, the airline commissioned a new production complex with workshops for the maintenance and production of aircraft components.
