Ural Airlines received the CX World Awards - the best customer experience


On April 18, 2019 in Moscow, the CX World Awards for the best customer experience was awarded. Ural Airlines was awarded and highly praised by the jury in the nomination “Best omni / multi-channel customer experience”. Expert light evaluated airline online solutions to improve customer experience.

The airline is constantly developing new services to improve its customer experience at all points of interaction with passengers. When designing new solutions in digital channels, the accumulated experience is primarily used. The biggest changes in 2018 were: the airline’s website and online communication with passengers. There are new ways to interact with customers: messenger and online chat bots. The plans for 2019 include the development of personalized offers on online platforms, a new mobile application, the introduction of innovative ways to pay for airline services, and much more.
