Attention! From February 5, the baggage and hand luggage allowance will change

Dear passengers!

Starting from February 5, 2022 the baggage and carry-on baggage allowance for Promo and Economy fares on all regular flights of Ural Airlines will change.

New rules:

• PROMO group fares - 0 kg in luggage / 10 kg hand luggage
• ECONOMY group fares - 1 suitcase up to 23 kg in luggage / 10 kg hand luggage
• PREMIUM ECONOMY group fares - 2 suitcases of 23 kg in luggage / 10 kg hand luggage

Dimensions of hand luggage: no more than 55 x 40 x 20 cm or no more than 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

Hand luggage exceeding the specified dimensions must be checked in and paid for at baggage rates.

Payment for excess baggage is possible when buying a ticket on the airline's website, in the mobile application, in the Order Management service, at the check-in desk and at the airport boarding gate.

Passengers with tickets issued before 05.02.22 are accepted for carriage with the baggage allowance specified in the ticket.
