The airline is considering the possibility of organizing export flights to Russia. If you are in Egypt or the UAE, and your flight was canceled, you need to send the following information to the airline's e-mail dom@u6.ru :

1. Full name (Passport data should not be sent to the specified mail);
2. Ticket number for the canceled Ural Airlines flight;
3. Number of the canceled flight;
4. Point of arrival in the Russian Federation;
5. Date of departure from the UAE / Egypt according to the ticket;
6. Email and contact phone. 7. Be sure to indicate in the subject of the letter: Return of the Russian Federation from Egypt or the UAE.

IMPORTANT!

• Applications for departures from Egypt are accepted until 03/22/2022.

• Applications for departures from the UAE are accepted until 03/24/2022.

Refrain from duplicating your letter, this increases the time for consideration of the appeal.
